If that makes sense, this is more of a real-life love story than a book love story.
Two broken (not sexy broken) really broken people find each other when their lives are in crisis, and they use each other to feel better, but it turns into something real and sweet. The bad reviews are people who expected the same old dark romance, and this definitely is not the case. I'm still unsure how I feel, except I'm glad they got their HEA. ❣️

This is like those rom-coms that I won't watch but apparently love to listen to, but I will say that I love how this world has many interconnected books so you get updates on your favorite characters

This was worth a credit and glad I found a new author. this is her 1st book I've read or listen to so far but I liked the characters a lot. I plan to find something else in her catalog

Another good choice from series

This was smart and funny, and I cried more than the first book. It was a second-chance romance that was older than some previous characters. It was spicy and had a bit of a D/s relationship btw MM that was amazing! Worth a credit

This is a warm, funny love story based in the Bronco/cowboy way of life,. it's super spicy but in a good way and the 2 MM were easy to route for, & good group of friends for future book. Well worth a credit.

Best Gods book! Plot, Spice & amazing Characters

I didn't think I'd top either Jeremy or Niko but Garrett's book is the best in my opinion. Wish I could go back and re-read it. The banter and over all relationship of these two guys was yes toxic like the rest of this series but heartwarming and the plot kept me interested the entire book. Can't wait for Hunt the Villain to be released now.

Give it a chance

This book took about ten chapters to really capture my interest, and I agree with many other reviews on this point. While it's not particularly spicy, it is romantic, and I thought the two timelines were a cool idea. I hope that book two brings more happiness for our female main character (FMC) and male main character (MMC). Let's hope for a small chance at a happy ever after (HEA)!
