Fantastic Book and Asset!

The author provides a great guide to boosting one’s assertiveness. I immediately resonated with the proposed shifts in vocabulary and enthusiasm. With only a few minor adjustments I feel more empowered and effective at conveying my message. She reaffirms the importance of being a good communicator and being prepared. Goal setting and visualization are two personal weak points I’m currently strengthening, and this book highlights the importance of each across multiple facets of Leadership, Communication, and overall assertiveness. Thankfully there is a visualization embedded within the text and each chapter is equipped with direct tactics and practices that make selecting what you want to focus on simple and easy. Great guide!
