This book, while somewhat informative, contains to many factual inaccuracies to be consider a scholarly work. To many inaccuracies to relate here. I suspect the author to be an army man as the words marine or marines are not mentioned. In his discussion of air superiority by the allies the Corsair is not mentioned.
