vrlyce is my 2nd favorite author but this really didn't feel very passionate like their other books the characters are boring without the spark of lucia or ver. maybe its the world with gods and the swapping of pov hurting the story but I just couldn't get into the world

kinda boring

it's a alright story I got through all of it but Stat bloat hit this hard it felt like every chapter had 2 Stat blocks and I found myself skipping 10 to 20 min of stats at times in the later books. stats really should be only for the main characters and condensed with the whole thing being at the end of the book.

but the overall story got rather boring the longer it went with the same 2 enemy's factions fighting and then near the end just one it felt more like a rts book then a core book with the dungeon building nearly absent and more focus on building army's to leave their base and attack or defend against forces

if the author is going to do another core book unrelated to this I would say read up on the Devine dungeon, slime dungeon, or bone dungeon for inspiration and learning how they do dungeons. traps and themes and a dose of immorality since being a dungeon requires someone or something not shy to kill and to do so repeatedly. the best ones don't kill everyone before the end but let them go to get stronger to kill later

I don't know what it is I like dungeon books alone but I just couldn't finish maybe it's the lack of suspension or not a lot going on but I just find the book boring the first book was alright but once she became a dungeon the book slowed down heavily and I found myself not caring about anyone

it's kinda like boxy t morning woods

my favorite book is boxy t morningwood and this book definitely took inspiration from it. Mc even starts replacing good with tasty as a Easter egg. this book was a lot of fun and I can't say any negative things about it. even the stats weren't that bad as it sometimes grounded the Mc or his pets

the story is great but narration is terrible

re listening to the story since the new book is out. forgot I couldn't finish the 3rd book due to the absolutely terrible narration. every character sounds the same and the old voice just screams "ignor me" to me was very disappointed when I checked to see if it's the same reader as this book kinda thinking about returning the newest book now

I can honestly imagine the jason being a real guy. the author does a great job at humanizing jason.. and the author does a fantastic job at bringing Jason to life

I had to drop a star since it has been way to long since we have had a new book but this story is overall my number 2 on best books and I have over 300 audiobooks
