I always imagined Death's final kiss would be cold. It wasn't. Four years later, I can still remember the exact shade of his skin: a blue so pale it looked like moonlight. I dream of his touch. Mostly, I paint the man under the heavy cowl, including those perfect lips which ruined mine for anyone else. I'm obsessed with him.

Fun Setting, but she can't believe it's her

The good: Narration of this audiobook is fantastic! 5 stars for the narrator Christa Cato! World building is done well too. I liked that the supernatural worlds are different planets/dimensions that cross into each other and how ether powers the world. Not a bad idea. Also, if you love a book where the devils are the good guys, that trope is done well in this book.
What I didn't enjoy: We have a lot of typical tropes for this genre. They're done enjoyably, but nothing really stands out. One particular trope that hit me wrong was the "girl not used to the attention". Maybe I've reached a stage in my life where insecure college age women are no longer a trope I enjoy. Our main character has been an outcast all her life and spends lots of time in the book thinking "omg, these demons are attracted to me? I'm the special one?" I understand that a lifetime of rejection takes a long time to heal, but it did not work for me.
If you love the tropes of the Romantasy genre, especially Heaven vs Hell where Heaven is the bad guy, then give this book a read. It was a great setting, but overall the book didn't work for me.

Computer science can improve your life

this this book provides great insight into how algorithms can be applied to Everyday Life. However if you want to apply the it said algorithms, I suggest also buying a print copy of the book so that can be used as a reference. also because of the examples and jargon with the algorithms, I suggest listening to the book in small half hour to 45 minute doses. If you have no problem with jargon then listen straight through. the authors do an excellent job of breaking down how the algorithms can be applied, it can just be a lot to digest in one sitting.
