Literally just Wikipedia and a little bit of Zillow read aloud. There is nothing new here and in some cases, like with the Amityville house, the author just cites one source instead of doing actual research.

I typically love horror but this one was about 5 hours too long. Too much detail, too much character development and just too convoluted. I thought about stopping about 2-3 hours in but... wish I had.
It’s an interesting storyline. Could have been great if the writing was a little more succinct.

Christian values make sense to me. This book and the whole series however is determined to drill the message into you repeatedly whether or not the story is believable or not. It's even preachy from a 50's-60's perspective when there was somewhat less to be preachy about.
Conversely, this is the second time I've listened to it so there is something somewhat compelling about the story. Prepare to fast forward through the endless sermoning and it's just about ok!
