This book wasn’t for you, but who do you think might enjoy it more?
Well up until the 9th book I was adding this series to my collection that I share and enjoy with my daughters. It's like the author just couldn't stop adding to Charlie Davidson's being, I loved these books about the grim reaper. Sometimes it was a little much with her ability to slow time down but I loved the overall story,so I accepted it and then the author just kept making C.H. more of an unrelatable character now she's a god and travels on different plains . It's like the author couldn't be loyal to her own character or her fans.
Would you ever listen to anything by Darynda Jones again?
I don't think so this was a betrayal .It actually started at the end of book 9.I am only listening to book 10 to find out about the other characters .I'm not excited about book 11 at all. Its like watching a car crash in slow motion . You know it's not anything good but you have to watch it.

When it wasn't about Charlie .

I don't understand why you took a wonderfully entertaining story and went in that direction . Yes I can follow along and read the story but I don't want too. In the 1st 2nd 3rd 4th 5th 6th 7th and 8th I couldn't wait for the next book and I was sad when I read 11th would be the end .But now I just want to know how it ends . I may not even listen or read the last book.

Sweet baby Moses in a boob tube, there aren't any books on raising True Immortals, so let me give you a few tips.... Make a map of every closet and bathroom in your home if you enjoy having sex. Sleep deprivation can cause confusion, and a map will help if you have only seven minutes and 31 seconds. You're welcome.

Too much foul language and a bit too oversexed .

I love the characters in this fun spirited supernatural series. I just find myself fast forwarding over the TMI sex scenes. I understand that it's a romantic comedy I genuinely think that if she toned it down a bit she would have a bigger group of fans . Not everyone can or will listen rated r content. I had to keep turning it down so that my roommates couldn't hear. The Twilight Series is a perfect example. Anyways I hope to hear more from this author. She has also started an extremely entertaining series with witches.

This was a gift for a friend. We have so many things in common but our book genre are night and day. I wasn't aware that Audible offered Gift Cards. I do know she enjoyed and read the series, so she is a pretty well rounded and most lovable person..so I'm sure this book is a good read.
