Historia
It was one of the most searing images of the twentieth century: two young boys, two princes, walking behind their mother’s coffin as the world watched in sorrow—and horror. As Princess Diana was laid to rest, billions wondered what Prince William and Prince Harry must be thinking and feeling—and how their lives would play out from that point on.

He told his side well
Revisado: 03-20-23
I did not expect it to keep me interested. It came across as honest and sincere. He told his side of the story very well. Harry should consider narrating for other authors.

When it comes to the holidays, no story brings us back to the true spirit of giving like O. Henry’s classic "The Gift of the Magi". So this year we’ve asked some of your favorite Audible narrators—Audie Award winners Katherine Kellgren, Oliver Wyman, and Jonathan Davis—to bring to life this timeless tale, plus two more of O. Henry’s gems: "The Cop and the Anthem" and "The Last Leaf", in this holiday collection.

Historia
One of the best selling History titles of 2009. Examining the Second World War on every front, Andrew Roberts asks whether, with a different decision-making process and a different strategy, Hitler’s Axis might even have won. Were those German generals who blamed everything on Hitler after the war correct, or were they merely scapegoating their former Führer once he was safely beyond defending himself?

Riveting!
Revisado: 09-12-10
After this book I became a big fan of Teddy Roosevelt. I was supposed to listen during cardio on the stationary bike but ended up listening to it for hours while searching for images of the river to supplement the experience down the river with Teddy and Candido. Candido Rondon is another guy on my hero list. This book was riveting, inofrmative, and inspiring. I would highly recommend it.

Historia
In The Icarus Syndrome, Peter Beinart tells a tale as old as the Greeks—a story about the seductions of success. Beinart describes Washington on the eve of three wars—World War I, Vietnam, and Iraq—three moments when American leaders decided they could remake the world in their image. Each time, leading intellectuals declared that history was over, and the spread of democracy was inevitable. Each time, a president held the nation in the palm of his hand.

Great read!
Revisado: 09-12-10
This was a great read! It is very revealing and insightful on the key characters that formed American foreign relations. It was also very interesting to get a view on the mindset and circumstances that affected key thinkers and policy makers in the US. I would highly recommend this book.
