A Must Read for the Lucid Dreamer

I am fascinated by lucid dreaming and dream yoga. B. Alan Wallace really delivered with this book. It is light and deep at the same time. He gave me practical tips for lucid dreaming, and meditative practices, that I find invaluable. His method of writing is accessible while also being profound (at times). This really is a must read for lucid dreaming and/or dream yoga practitioners, or for those interested in these topics.

This book is simply wonderful whether one is beginning meditation or well along the path. Bodhipaksa writes as though he is speaking personally to the reader. His voice and pitch are beyond compare. This book provides real insights as well as practical short and long meditations.
