Abigail is a very naughty girl. She smokes, drinks, and can't stop getting into trouble with the police. Her mom has no idea what to do, but Sergeant Evans knows all about discipline and how to achieve it. He punishes Abigail with his special methods, teaching the wayward girl all about responsibility, and the consequences of her bad behavior. Abigail is in for a big surprise, not least about how much she enjoys it.
