Part of the reason I like this book is because the ideas are simple enough to remember just off hearing them. But have enough detail where you can continue to expand.

The other part is the narrator sounds like Phil Hartman. It kind of reminds me of how he used to explain things on News Radio.

The content of the book is largely pretty useful and incredibly helpful for tayloring your words much better. Far simpler.

But at the end of chapter 2 the author states the covid vaccine is safe. Which that was disproven. Then it goes on to falsify events of January 6th to say poor people who were definitely not democrats rioted out of hate. When the camerman breaking into the white house on january 6th was a democrat in antifa.

So content wise it's great. But spreading anti semetic democrat socialist propaganda like its 1933 is not only false but what caused the recent events in gaza. And it's messed up to scapegoat the poor to cover up actions of people who are not poor.

Maybe it's a challenge. See if you can shut up when you should stand up for your self. But very few authors demonize the poor in such a way to say a bunch of paid protestors by democrats now were representative of lower caste/class people. It's like saying all shootings happen because people are poor. When to even buy a gun you can't be as poor as the poor are.

Again the ideas in the book are fantastic. But the opinions sprinkled in like that are largely disproven and spread disinfo that democrats verified dominion voting systems when because they couldnt be verified systems. We still can't conclude the 2020 election audits or begin the supreme court cases to argue who is the official winner of the election.

The truth is we have no president and the treason displayed on january 6th was the people larping to rehearse swearing in biden. When he was never officially sworn in. Im an independent. My political views match Russell Crowes ethics on American Gangster.

And all the money stolen should be returned. I can't stay quiet about negative 33 trillion dollars of debt and $6.50 a gallon gas. Government serves one purpose and that is to lower costs and raise wages. If they don't do that we have nothing.

Quinto is good as always but its like, birds of prey. Where Margot Robbie is awesome but you have to see these 50 year old ugly handicapped people ride her coat tails. Even though they are in their 30s but just look like 50 year old handicapped people. The actors and actresses not Quinto, in this. Come off like some people aged due to working retail jobs. Hundreds of years of inception style stress. Because a strong man is a man who can maintain a masculine frame. A strong woman is a woman who can maintain a feminine frame. And all these women lack the estrogen to prove they are healthy. They are weak and their weak unhealthy estrogen lacking performances really ruin the performance when contrasted to Quintos strong masculine, has a lot of testosterone frame. Because he is healthy. He is a man who has healthy parts giving him a lot of testosterone. Women without a lot of estrogen have basically damaged ovaries. And you can hear it in their annoying voices, in pain, unable to be the women we need for these roles. Instead we get what boils down to hack public school teachera drained and stressed. Calling their broken ovaries "feminism" and projecting their lack of health onto the performance. Which really sets it all back and puts the entire performance onto Quinto's back.

Without Quinto this would be horrible.

I got a lot out of this and it kind of. Helps to create a really driven mental frame in my own life. When life gets stressful, you can use a movie, music or game to kind of hijack your train of thought. Get wrapped up in something. This works great at any time to totally focus on something not exactly directly related to anything. But a very easy read.

The narrator stays consistent and produces this nuetral attitude. That sort of takes away the stress of thinking about some of this stuff if it has happened. Most schools I have been to, just skip this basic stuff so, I felt it was helpful. Though it is the narration of a book. So some things won't make sense unless you can really try to imagine it. Which is great. It makes that solid in your mind. So when you get the actual book you can destroy your preconceived notions and correct your self.

My point is that. The narrator really made the audiobook worth the purchase.

Recently I've run into some books where they take gossip and rumors. Then talk about them like it was factual. Like Gabby Bernstein's book. You are the Guru. mentions 400 years of slavery for black people. but that's obviously a bullshit number because black people have been slaves since before Rome existed. And here the author talks about straight white men.

I am a straight white man and am constantly discriminated against because I'm Irish. Irish people aren't white when they have problems and they are white so fuck them when they do have problems. You can be as straight and white as you want. And it's not gonna alter what the real issue is. Which is class and economy.

Sure an alright white guy might be in a preexisting structure. But since this isn't the same globally then this is an opinion based on no real concrete sources. Society does expect us to bend and contort to gain power. Based on MONEY and POWER. Not what sex or religion or form of class you're in. Because based on global gentrification. Matching California's real estate market. The culprets setting societal standards haven't been straight or white since the 1960s. And trying to get a job as a straight white person in California now. Is like trying to get a job in South Africa. That shit aint happening unless you're not white, have a masters degree or are a woman.

Now with that out of the way, the reason Im reading this book is to quit smoking weed. Because I can't really afford to eat every day. Even though just walking outside can cause a panic attack because California is a pretty stressful place. Especially as a guy, constantly being reminded that you're expendable and basically just a tool for gavin newsome.

But I know if I can have positive reminders and ideas and concepts to think about. That may allow me to think about that as I work on my own issues.

For the most part. The author is correct 100%. Except she keeps blaming gossip sources sources rather than investigating the actual data not manipulated by feminists. But how she identifys the structure, operating parts of the problem. A method that would be a very workable solution. Is very wonderful.

Once you can translate the arguments, the points she makes are really valid and helpful when struggling. And she has a really nice voice in terms of narrators.

But lastly, she mentions self sublimating. And again states that it comes from these 1950s and before ideas. But sublimation to meet societal standards is based around guilt and shame. It's a form of competing to not lose versus competing to win. One makes you sublimate (hide and compartmentalize parts of your self). Playing safe. While competing to win is what the Toastmasters does. And living in fear of rumors like. Men are the standard after the 90s. Will lead a person down that path. So if it happens the solution is to take on a big goal and compete to win. In a area with others. Maybe start small like online games. My point is, this thinking is easy to conjoin with other topics and seeing the truth is one of the hardest things to do.

After all that I would definitely suggest this book. Because the overall large points. Are why weed creates this circular and obscure pattern. And you can tell it's some ideas comprised from other books. And she put a lot of work into this. Especially the idea that. Changing setting or going on vacation can be a good starter. Since you'll be busy and your minds guard is down.

Since it's so inexpensive I would highly suggest this to anyone who is struggling but doesn't want to drop much on a whole bunch of random programs. It's way easier to just solve the problems the author lays out and it can probably enhance other areas of your life in the process. Hal Moore from that movie We Were Soldiers said, when asked. How can you be a dad and a soldier (at the beginning of the movie he's talking to this guy whos wife just gave birth). And Hal says, I always hope. Being good at one, makes me better at the other.

I believe this book should be called Standards. Because it's all about how to set the foundation and establish them in your life. But in this fluid way where you can keep growing every time you read it. Because it's not really rigid. It's really useful and well written.

I started listening to this yesterday. And it starts very good. Then I found a copy of the book. And instead of the book. This guy reads some, kind of summary. The book is split up into many parts. But this just jams them together. Making it kind of hard to follow at the end. He even reads this thing at the end, about 24 minutes in. Where he says Marcus said, he was glad his kids weren't born with physical defects. I have never heard that and it isn't in my book. What kind of weird version this one is. Much is the same but imagining Marcus as being someone who says one thing. All are good. Then does another, all except retarded people are good. Breaks his word. Is just not the Marcus Im aware of.

I really like this. Because it pretty much covers dating how it is in the 21st century. Which completely serves women. And doesn't really serve men. The way it is layed out gives a concise point of view and just cuts out the need to add tricks. It's just the reality of things. Which is a million times easier than dealing with things that are not concrete. And it's not very long so you can easily finish it in less than a day. Or read deep into parts and grow.
