The stories themselves are super fun, slow burn, and erotic as anyone could want. The performance has its moments but the narrator overly belabors pronunciation and gives it a dry air that can be quite distracting.

on the production itself, the "chapters," which are individual stores, need titles to make it easier to go back to the stores I like.

Honestly, when the story seems to jump around, it's jarring but believe me when I say it all makes sense. The overall story is very niche erotic (pony play, severe discipline) but in those niches, it works very well.

If I had to describe this book in a single phrase, it would be uncommonly fun. I would not say its great but it is good. Following our protagonist from obsessed workaholic to a woman with a grasp on her sexuality and having a real relationship is marvelous. Her initial discomfort with her own feelings was the most genuine description of sexual ambiguity I've ever found.

I don't care how good the fictional Alyssa Kay might be, the "real" story of Rachel and Isabelle is more romantic, more erotic, and more delightful than anything the town's celebrity biographer could write.

Put simply, a somewhat closeted quiet girl gets involved with a gym trainer after a workplace accident and what starts as a little play turns into a world-changing relationship for both women.

The BDSM elements are pretty much 100% better and more real than any aspect of the 50 Shades series, and the body building components were so accurate that I felt like the author was either a trainer herself or else intimately involved with one.

This story is beyond good, it's beyond great. It's one that, if you are sapphic and/or you have a BDSM sensibility, this deserves your attention.

A note on the recording itself: I am guessing this is a digital copy of an older taped audiobook but the "tape hiss" is quite noticable.

I admit, I am a fan of Alexandra's work so of course I enjoyed this. The long-form stories are more to my tastes but each and every one here stands alone in being erotic, tasteful (yes, tasteful erotica is a thing), and hot enough to enjoy more than once

If you are new to Raven Merlot, welcome.
If, like me, you have been a fan for a while, you know how amazing her work is.

Most of this collection is comprised of two novel-length stories previously released, so of course those are great fun. The first part of the book is a small collection of shorter stories which, in my view, showcase her talent for dropping characters rapidly into situations that suit her style. Great plots and (this matters a lot to me) loving and stable relationships showcase the care the writer has for her audience.

Ruby Rivers has become, for me, the "voice" of Raven Merlot.

Absolutely worth your time and money.

I wish I could give the stories themselves a sixth star, because they might actually be the most "real" I have read/heard in a long time.

Eroticism is a given in a Raven Merlot story, so no need to point that out. But there is passion, marital and cuckolding both. The characters are vibrant and the situations at least plausible.

As always, Ruby Rivers does a fantastic job with voice and energy.

Read the book, get the audiobook. Lots of fun!

I love reviewing books/audiobooks for Raven Merlot, so I have a definite opinion on the quality and variety of her work. This one, co-written with Rod Fletcher, might just be the best in the bisexual cuckolding genre. It has genuine time and place, character evolution, and what sounds plausibly like a happy ending.

Already a fan of Ruby Rivers' performances, I was more interested in how Marcus Wilde performed. He brought nearly the same level of character distinction as Ms. Rivers does, and made the whole story flow nicely.

If there is one thing to always be said, it is that Raven Merlot infuses cuckolding erotica with loving couples and sublime details. As an additional benefit, it is challenging (not impossible) to identify Rod Fletcher's contributions to the collection.

A side-issue that bedevils: the repeated use of "little buddy" by the dominant males just grates a little. But this in no way detracts from the great stories themselves.
