Bridging the Tragedy is a very well written book. The Silver Bridge is a heart breaking tragedy of what happened in 1966-1967 in the Ohio Valley. This book is a tribute to what happened there. The stories told of what happened on that fateful night in December brought tears to my eyes. The narrator , Michael Hacker, is the perfect voice for this book. He had me feeling like I was sitting in a restaurant, in the same booth, telling me their stories. If it was not for this book, I would have never thought about visiting Point Pleasant.
