Historia
Diagnosed with ADHD at age twelve, Jessica struggled with a brain that she didn’t understand. She lost things constantly, couldn’t finish projects, and felt like she was putting more effort in than everyone around her while falling further and further behind. At thirty-two years old—broke, divorced, and living with her mom—Jessica decided to look more deeply into her ADHD challenges. She reached out to experts, devoured articles, and shared her discoveries on YouTube.

“Humans don’t respond to data or how right you are. They respond to emotion—to how something makes them feel.”
Revisado: 09-05-24
Take Jessica McCabe’s own words and understand how worth reading this book is. Whether you are a “brain” or “heart”, this memoir/how to is one of the best ADHD books that will hit with all ages.
This book will age like fine wine that you forgot to drink because you got hyper focused on that video game you started playing.
This has plenty of emotion, facts, and motivation that you will want to encourage others to read.

Historia
Alicia Deats is a new teacher chaperoning her very first high school trip to Washington DC, and nothing could be more terrifying than a class full of horny, backstabbing, boundary-pushing teenagers under her watch. To make matters worse, she embarrassed herself with her cochaperone Bryan Kenner with one too many margaritas and an ill-placed vomiting incident at last year's teacher mixer and is hoping this trip can be a fresh start for them.

Raunchy… but that’s what high school is like!
Revisado: 01-13-23
Only a teacher would appreciate and say “spot on” when it comes to how raunchy high school teens are and could be at school or even a trip away from home. This book was crazy in a good way. I enjoyed it and laughed a lot.
