with anything in life we get older. Jason has been not only enjoying and fighting against bad guys and taking names. But genuinely also failing and still fighting against time and age. He and his crew are slowly reaching a shelf life. True enough he has his augmentation, will the rest start to do so also? This volume really brings out the reality check for burke and his crew. Not to mention the fact that he is rusty and has simply been going through the motions via his notoriety. Due to their false sense of brovado etc, will it be their downfall? will some in the crew get hurt due to their failings? will Omega Force reincarnate like the Phoenix has been able to do?

I believe this books was amazing. Truly brought out a snag most authors don't show imo. Heroes grow older. Time has a way of over coming even the best of the best ones I even with science and futuristic means. You can only tweak and edit your body before age catches up. Doesn't mean though that Jason and his crew are down and out.

The Question" What was the real reason or is there a good enough goal for them to be fighting for all the while risking their lives and bonded brotherhood."

personally the question of why hasn't burke started to expand the Mercenary Crew he has. there has been quite a few moments where there was means and chance to do so. Also I get the feeling Jacob should be brought into the fold. Or at least a Taskforce should be spearheaded along side omega force. Jason will always be the Bad Ass Do Gooder but I feel he needs to start bringing in new or fresh blood into omega force and expand. instead of doing what he does greatly at risk of his friends who yes knew what they signed up for.

but for you the reader. I hope you find yourself immersed as Omega Force Goes through a bit of Trial and Tribulation as Some of the Crew tries to come to terms with their mortality or will they retrograde like Jason did.

😀🤩as a bit of a Gamer its interesting having little gamer nerdy geekiness involved haha.

Overall i give this book a 5\5. Its interesting getting the storyline from each of the various dragons and their adventures with the various heroes.

I enjoyed the british aspect and the new point of view through Agent Fellows. I suppose its also worth noting that regardless of this new organization TAPER being so big it still focuses in the initial main characters if book one.

My dislikes. Well i feel their was less witchery as oppose to their were more alien magic involved though its not too far fetch for a deeper darker evil to be based off world. I was expecting like hard core witches o.o meh
I feel like Agent fellows was dealing with a derpy prideful dragon the entire time. “Dragon = wise” but anyway.
The latter ending o.o idk i got really lost. Like huge boss fight and heroes were getting their asses kicked .. makes a hail mary move and dark cut scene🙃🤦🏽‍♂️🤔 like wtf lol

Only leaving me with questions like uh did the deal with the devil get taken?

Um things i liked, Fellows is the main char finally lol, seems cooler now and worth. Feel he is maturing in character. Story starts off really interesting.

Story wise… idk i feel like tesser over shadows his siblings, ambryn is like a convenient daddy figure now and fyelrath is just a concerned hippy 🤔😅🤦🏽‍♂️ Idk i feel hyped for ass kickery just to get like grade be fight or action scenes. Like TAPER needs more influence. Dragons to me seem to be the reason why everything Is out of whack imo due to just not sharing enough info🙃

Narrator wise i feel it was done well. Lol i miss adrians narrator voicing out but the british vocal story telling gave it another perspective worth listening to.

What i like though is the humanity shown though emotion and what not. You can certainly feel the characters persona. I still think aliens shouldn’t be added into the mix ..like way too early when dragons and super natural beings have really just been found out..

Either way, still a great listen and ofc read if done via kindle. Im intrigued more though and hope for a future where TAPER PLAYS A MORE DECENT ROLE instead of a courier service or baby sitting role. Like i think the chaos is just too small l. I expected more hardcore fights. Maybe its just my expectations.

Well hope you enjoy. Mr. Phil Brooke really does wonders with his creativity. Thanks for the chance to keep reading your books. Its always a blast.

So there was life thanks to Tesser. And now we get to see deaths creation through Ambryn.

Idk where to start but big up to the continued paranormal entities that go bump in the night😄🤪🤩 this time around Ambryn is the next best dragon to handle the misdeeds of the many baddies. Though we dont follow Tesser as the main. I guess you get to see another side to death and his realization that even he too can change. Following Henry and Doyle and their adventure as they figure put whats going on.

If im honest, o.o i kind of expected far more human ass kickery seeing as there is a task force and they are internationally supported. I feel the group is more catered or shown as a bus service , i like the varied point of view as the story unfolds though o.o again sucks how the one new addition is regulated to a semi back seat char. I guess though the focus is Henry and the original and other new addition. Ps. Go read to find out 🤣😄 even things that go bump in the night are good sometimes.

I love the fact new characters or side people are coming into the mix. Though i have to admit there is a huge suspense as to who will be a part of the crew as the story continues in other books.

Book 2 Ambryn and the Heaters of death was a great listen. 😁 u bet uncle cosmo agrees with me. Oops spoiler char? Who knows. I rate it a 5/5 cuz i enjoyed it, was glued to it and i binged the hell out of it till it was done. Gotta love how dragons and magic really bring out the kid in you.

Uh my only issue or beef is, i feel any military individual in the stories seem low key underplayed. Sure henry was a cop etc but im expecting a bit more d assery. Idk o.o ii guess im expecting tactical teams with mage warrior special force crews. Kicking ass 🤣 and even the bad guys. Feels sloppy. Character wise. Im probably comparing but anyway. The suspense is in the mix for when henry as his modern day crew plus organization grows and shows their claws. 🤔😁

Oh narrator was great like always and i got no real other complaints.
Magic is Real haha So are Dragons. Enjoy your Listen because i know I did😁!

By far one of the most epic stories i have read in a long time. Haha if you loved AUD series then you probably will like how this audiobook is executed. Lmao almost thought Adrian would become a dragon rider or something.

But anyways the Narrator is well picked at least voice wise. Loved the story line and most of all its almost as if you got a modern day dragon story equivalent to dragon tales.

You are definitely immersed into a world of magic and magical creatures thought lost or never seen.

Definitely worth a listen and more so the excitement gained as good fights evil with its various heroes and mankind trying to prevail.

XD hope you enjoy too cuz i know i did

😁. First off i was given a free copy and I’m finally here to give my honest review.

I needed to binge listen to book three haha…just had to. But in all honesty this is where really the AUD universe aspects really kick into motion .

Ok so if you are like me and a dan of AUD, then you will most definitely see more than a few subtle similarities though i have no beef with it. It all runs parallel to the main storyline.
More so this series seems more than capable being a stand alone series❤️😁 Lockey is the Bomb haha. And Evil aka Captain Evil or the Dark steps up his game.

You get to answer or find out what happens next from book one and ofc more answers needing answering but if you stay the course i guarantee. By the time you reach the end you just want more. Especially after finishing book three you are left with a sense of satisfaction.

New characters and survivors and as well real bad guys are brought i to motion.

Like the third book, i love how the female narrator did wonders for Lockey and the other characters. Usually i not a fan of female narrators but in this case really well placed. Idk if its Irish but i just had laughs and happiness all the way through.

My only discontent that i may have had or could mention is that book 2 seemed short. Felt like an interlude …. Either way i was satisfied and intrigued.

If for some reason you felt that it was maybe short then i promise book three made it worth while because you get all the feels satisfied.

Mr. Meadows by far has grasped my interest and undivided attention. I just need more… want more. Hell im curious yo find out if for some reason the Flame as in Lockey gets upgraded later on yo the Trinity haha

Either way she definitely gives you that feeling as if she was Adrians Long lost Uk Sister from another mother.

If you aren’t someone who can handle swearing pr insults or the humor, then pls dont sully this book or series. If you read it please keep and open mind and rate it for what its worth. An actual Master piece.

Thank you Mr. Meadows for allowing me to continue enjoying the journey with Lockey in the AUD’s Universe fighting for the light in the darkness.

Knowing that “WE WILL RISE”. !!!

I am in utter simplistic and amazed awe at how this novel has played out. More so how even if Mr. Meadows decided to end it here as a trilogy, well shit i’d personally be satisfied.

Did i like it?I fucking loved it. Did i feel like i was in this story? Mein i got goose bumps lmao “My new chant will be from now on, ‘We Will Rise’”

So first off enough of the rambling, 😁 i was given this free copy and I’m here doing my best to give an honest reply. For reference, I’ve been given a book or a series to listen to and i haven’t managed to finish review them. So for me to bother doing so means i really enjoyed it.

I love so far that as much as it runs parallel to AUD’s main storyline in said universe i feel Mr. Meadows has done an awesome job by adhering and making me feel what it was like during the z apoc and mass hysteria in the Uk which i can only hope to see if any of these stories will intersect with the main universe. But like a main campaign, Lockey and her journey certainly makes this side quest feel like a whole new campaign with a whole lot of dlc content lmao with the whole minity trio deal . But you would understand ofc once you read or listen to the book.

From book 1-3 I’ve been glued and addicted to know whats going on. And I’m really hoping at some point Lockey in some way gets to meet Adrian.

I give this a solid 5/5 Or 10/10 satisfied and happy feels. No buts or what ifs or why did’s? That may or should have imo popped up. But again im satisfied. And here i am waiting for the “But Wait there is more” announcement🤣😄

Usually im picky with female narrators, with respect i just fall asleep. But this one did wonders and held my attention. Not once did i feel the various chars were ill represented in who they seemed to be if they were male were female etc. lol i loved the Irish aspect then again i cant narrow it down because im a foreigner. I wouldn’t know the actual background.

All i do know is i laughed my as off and kept wanting more. I would not advise those of which who cant take a bit of swears or insults to read. Because i feel yall would sully this work of art lol.

Lol im supremely curious to know now though will nate be writing or continuing this scribe like adventure? Why ? Well have a go at the book and maybe you would reach the same conclusion. I feel like im giving some spoilers yet leaving some suspense😂😁

The series has been a blast and is a standalone series by its on right. So please give it a chance compared to the the main story. Personally its the first time ive read a storyline that meshed so well.

Thanks Mr. Meadows for making my day and giving me the opportunity to fill my need to grasp the inner workings of the Universe of AUD but by Lockey and her band of survivors.❤️😄. Brilliant and satisfying.

For starters i got this book free from one of the various free audio key sites after getting it from an author sharing out codes during the First part of Covid 19. I got so many books that it's only until now i've been able to listen on into this series.

- So first off i rate it as a 10/10. Although at first i felt a bit unsure how this would go lmao and the addition of the Main Char being a bit of a brony lmao He gets the girl in the end and even gets Laid!!! lmao That much is the only spoiler ima make mention of. In all honesty i sort of skipped this book and series for the longest all because of the Intro summary o.O sounds a bit too meh. Then again i can respect an author's wish to have you read before you judge or in this case listen to the book.

Performance wise- I believe the narrator did justice to the characters and also the author for truly creating a character who even i can relate to. No one really believed he could become anything and throughout this book he broke out of his cacoon to become a man worth following :) (i'm a bit too use to manga/manwhua and if u've seen enough movies you can almost guess how things go or get use to repetitive plots) But for me this takes the cake :D

Story wise: I think this book has the potention to be an offshoot for an entire series itself on the Cartwrights Cavaliers alone which is epic. Though if you thought that the story continues in book 2... Well here's a heads up it talks about the Other 1 of the Main Chars to be or Company mentioned in this book. So even though you might feel a bit or much of a let down I managed to get pass it too and enjoy it. You do get a bit of a slow start in Book 1. What i loved about this book is when all else fails you just gotta have some fait and at times take charge of your luck. Helps if you have a family who thinks ahead lol. But if you're wondering about growth yeah there is a huge growth from th early starting all the way to the end. You just cant judge a book by its cover with this novel.

I say give it a read and a listen. I strongly reccommend it. I havent gotten all the books but I think the other series like the Omega war follows more the path of the 4 horse men. I might just end up saving up to buy that series on kindle haha the currency exchange for me to get some of these audio books is crazy. But if you can afford em This is great listen. This particular serious pretty much gives you an idea of each hourse man's family business/generational growth and how they came to be with the additions of the other companies etc and their crazy adventures which is pretty cool.

Rise and Fall of Xavier!!!

2nd attempt at a review due to technical difficulties o.o

I'm a lucky fellow to have been able to read/ listen to both the kindle/auduble version of Days Since: Xavier day 853. I was given the chance to do so for an honest non bias review. Though this might slightly change of what i had intended to say in my first attempt, I'll do my best to tell it like it is.

Over all. The immature Mc/ Man within said Mc is someone who i can really sit behind and say yeah he's the man. I really enjoyed how Mr. Robert brought about the characters growth. You get to futher know a bit more about the realities about the almawt virus from the perspective and survival of the current encampment in which Xavier resides with. You also get to see another deeper , darker side of the S.A. which you really didnt get to see in the first book. There was slight hint to it but you could more or less understand such a strict reality due to the apoc aftermath.

story wise. I really enjoyed the growth of the character growth. You see this immature kid trying to create a niche within this new world. Trying to find answers to a past and a future he is carving out of what ifs and also wondering what happened to his family (parents). You see the corrupt nature of man/society and the governing brought about from the fall of civilization. You see what others would do to their fellow man just to gain power and you see said power set out to take over/ rape and pillage all in the name of the better good. You find yourself seeing a boy growing into a man and becoming the unsung hero/resistance movement against the golliath before him. Which also brings up the theme of "Hope". You also see and moreover find yourself with a loss so unfound you're left with wanting more even at the sudden disappointment of death. And you ask why.. lol Just damn WHY!

Performance wise- I really enjoyed the structure of focusing on said main character and development. For me personally i see this as a step up from Thomas. Im as sad and happy about the way things turned out but thats because i've already managed to read book 3 and listened to it to know better haha. The author really did a good job with Xavier and his role as he becomes the chink in the armor and rachet in the the cog which may soon disable the Mighty Alliance.

Definite must read or even Listen. Dont forget to do your part in also review Mr. Robert Wilsons novel. So far its a slow really chill pace series. Not over kill or lacking there off, but honestly just right and fullfilling. Thanks for making such an awesome continuation to the Almawt series.

So This is my 2nd time having a go at this book. Not for having a hard time reading or getting through the story but rather this audio book has been given to me for an honest review without being bias. The kindle version has its own but the Audio to me really out does the kindle version by far imo. At least thats my my choice rather than spending time reading haha especially when i can do other stuff and enjoy a solid story.

Ok Overall- I really didnt expect the book to end the way it did at least not the literal ending but the climax points leading up to where Jenny is Who she is to become. If you've read Book1 -2 you would know they both center on its MC's and slowly introducing the next installment or at least gives you a vague understanding. I Honestly Liked Xavier more but now im feeling Jenny in book 3. I at first thought she was just a whiney bitchy girl and lets be real... a spoiled brat. But if you havent read what happened i guess you wouldnt know why she was being that way at least tryna fill a pair of shoes in her situation. I like and love the growth as she starts realizing she needs to be mature and grow an actual pair of hairy bollas lol (Testis) especially with the realities of whom she should trust, her own personal demons and her upcoming dilema of life. Did i give any spoilers i hope not.
What really seems extra cool is the training or usage of a police K9 or at least a retired one who plays a bit of a role as a main character. To me its cool because in most stories or books it's purely almost fantasy or miracles that the Pet/hero/dog whatever always hops into the heat of battle and does bad ass things. Here you get a sense of what a real deal trained dog can do and for me that was a bonus to enjoying how Jenny's Character grew along side him.
The Bad guy or Main Antagonist of this ark really hit home or at least this is a side of humanity most tend to fail to see or are scrared to see and look up to a man who isnt good but accept him all because they dont want responsibility but instead allow him. Idk, He got what he deserved :D That much i can tell you.

Performance wise. I give Robert Wilson 10/10 For me you really out did yourself in Jenny. Thanks to you i was able to take this book in a new light. Mr. Crow really did it for me and did justice to Jenny and even Grant .

Story- Cant complain about the flow of things. All my questions from book 1-2 more or less answered itself with how some of the events played out. I really wonder if there is gonna be a revolution style resistance :D Im craving to read/listen to whats next in the DAYS SINCE Series.

For those of you taking time to read the review. Id say Listen to it from book 1. IMO it's definitely worth. As for being technical about anything eh i believe my review does enough justice. Truth is you gotta read/listen and see where it goes. I aint from the north and its not overly military or instant hero worship... So i can actually enjoy a change of pace. I actually see growth in characters, the dilema and struggles they face. Most books dont really give you that unless maybe you go for manga/comics etc Or possibly 1 hit wonder stand alone solo novels. I usually am picky but i like how each character plays a role and i look forward to when its Days since and the Whole cast is involved. Oh 1 more thing. @ Robert Wilson, man I was sad how book 2 went ... but you made me one happy camper knowing HE SURVIVED <3 THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU haha.

So This is my honest review for a gifted copy during the Covid-19 experience. <3 Thanks for giving me the chance to read said Book @ Allen Gamboa.
-Over all
You're basically thrusted into the beginnings of how the plague/zombie virus is started. This all because of Mr. Black the Evil greedy Antagonist and a Bastard he simply is. If you've read Book 1 Dead Island Operation Zulu then you aint no stranger with Mr. Black. forgive me also if made a mistake with the name lol But this rich dipshit is an ass with a name basically i deem worthwhile. Simplistic and very descriptive to the core. Not EVIL EVIL but just enough to pass under the radar as someone who deems himself above all.
Some of the characters in the mix are i believe a few the characters in book one but dont hold me to that as i feel a bit that it may be so. But that aside it aint no government conspiracy or foreign Gov with their secret Bio weapon. It's all Mr. Blacks endeavor to be rich. With that said read the book/or listen to the Audio book for you to really sink your teeth into. NO more spoilers if there are any.

Performance wise: XD i find it a little funny how the Narrator pushes the American Latino speak during the session XD. I don't think its a poor attempt but rather it's just a it funny for me as someone who lives in central latin America hearing an english speaker tryna mimic an Us/Mexican accent. I find it epic and funny lmao and it does keep me going through lol.

Story wise: It's a whole new way to starting off the supposed zombie outbreak or how its created lol I suppose its random imo but its different. It does take you a bit off tangent though. Majority of the story is basically a blackops mission to collect not an asset but rather a high prioriity target. All in a days work for an under the table snatch and grab i guess. So you have less zombies and this is more to the middle or near the last 2-3 hours where you start seeing more and more of the outbreak occuring all due to the stupidity of the scientist involved and i would think Mr. Black's attempt to give 0 F***s about what his merchandise is doing.

Though this for me wasn't much of a big exciting explosive "Beginning" It passes for me as yeah ok that happened and i understand where things came from. I will say tho... Listening to a momma's boy's attempt at tryna get momma's approval has been one of the single most enjoyable times ever lmao. "MAMA!!!!!!!!!!!!!" lmao

My rating compared to book 1 is 8/10 i personally believe this should have been a bit more umff into the mix . This felt more of Cartel story than well zombie related. <3 not hating though. Just needed more screams/real hardcore firefights and i guess more gusto. Give it a listen/read. Character development is great imo. Narator did his job and Author brought a new outlook to what we as humans can do or cause due to our own whims.
