Being interested in meditation and in need of loosing some weight, I was attracted by this guidebook. Meditation can not only help you to lose weight but also to manage your mind and to change your habits for a better Life. The author writes clearly and concisely, and the narrator has been pleasant to listen to. Not everything was new to me, but I definitely learned a lot to improve myself.
