Fantastic read

I've been waiting desperately to get this book and continue the series. Definitely not let down. The story in this picks up right after the last book, and has heartache, intrigue, danger, love and triumph. I can't wait to get started on the next one. Great narration and story telling.

The story seems easy enough to follow and is interesting but the narrator sounds as though he is not able to read it fluidly. There are stops and starts, long pauses, recording issues and I couldn't even finish due to these.

The stories all seem well thought out and written, but there should be more info or warning of a new story beginning. I'm unsure if this is a written issue or a performance issue. Otherwise the stories are interesting and written well for the genre.

His style is raw, unfiltered, and open to the point that it makes listeners squirm in their seats, for various reasons. This leads him on a journey where he publishes a best seller, and shortly after, his book is turned into a movie that becomes a household name. While he is happy about the success, this is still not ideal for young Cam, who doesn't like the spotlight very much, and realizes that getting out of the city would be the best plan for him.

The story is spectacular, and the narrator brings you into this world like no other could. Perfect narrating for each character and cadence kept me involves. The story. Now I LOVE the story. I won't give away anything but truly wish there could be a way for a 2nd book. From beginning to end I was hoping for the best outcome. And got it. Great job!

Good narration can take an average story and turn it into a great story as has happened with this book. The storyline was very cliche and expected, but the narrator made this reader and listener able to relate and enjoy it.

Akin to a hit movie, this series shows how much the human race and demand of one another. A great story with perfect narration allowed me to work 13 hour shifts with ease. Lost in the world of Geos and Rejs and Elites, this storyline left me wanting to see more of their lives in future books.

Loved hearing this classic performance

Set many years before my arrival, the story still is interesting today. Although short, the story goes into just enough depth and detail to give you room to think and imagine. Narration was great, although at one point I had a hard time distinguishing whom was speaking in the book due to the same inflection for all characters. Otherwise, fantastic.

The narrator made this very hard to follow or even finish. After 2 chapters of no inflection, bad reverb and brassy sounds I could not continue. I had high hopes for the story, but it never seemed to make sense although that could be because I couldn't get past the first 2 chapters. From what I gathered it's potential is there, but fell flat on delivery.
