Is there anything you would change about this book?

Although it was important incorporating how people act in the area where the story takes place, using the ''N'' word and the "F" word so frequently, made it slightly uncomfortable to listen to.

What was your reaction to the ending? (No spoilers please!)

The ending was as if they wrote the book for it to be made into one of those films that some people watch once. It reminds me of the movie 8 Mile in a sense that some people might love it and some people might hate it.

Which scene was your favorite?

Kim 1 and Kim 2 at the coffee shop. How could you not want to see how this pan out, and the realisations in the book.

What would have made this romance irresistible?

If the story had a romantic ending, rather than an ending for typical 80's movie. Also I was unsure how I felt about the protagonist's feelings at the end of the book.

Any additional comments?

If you aren't into listening to lots of ''hood'' language or ''racial'' language, violence, drug abuse or anything that is negative at all, I would not suggest this book to you. However, if you don't mind that stuff, it is quite enjoyable.
