Historia
Graham Hancock's multi-million bestseller Fingerprints of the Gods remains an astonishing, deeply controversial, wide-ranging investigation of the mysteries of our past and the evidence for Earth's lost civilization. Twenty years on, Hancock returns with the sequel to his seminal work filled with completely new scientific and archaeological evidence, which has only recently come to light.

Open minded readers will benefit
Revisado: 12-13-16
The beauty of literature is exposing yourself to foreign ideas and potentially uncomfortable knowledge. This book challenges widely held beliefs that border on ideologies when put under the microscope of objective thought. Hancock passionately posits many ideas that he knew would be challenged. The victory for him and for the reader is to open everything to debate. Merely having the discussion about why things should not be "accepted just because those in the past accepted them" is a logical exercise. History has taught us that mistakes are made. Motivations and bias' aside, mistakes are made. It's up to well versed people like Hancock to challenge us to question everything. Thoroughly enjoyed this book and its dismissal would be a prime example of how close minded individuals continue to hold us back. The discussions regarding the topics talked about in this book should at the very least be had.

Full of fluff
Revisado: 04-30-16
I didn't anticipate this book being a "get rich quick" solution however I also didn't view it as being full of useless information. It contains such nuggets as "the more views your videos get the more popular it will become" and "videos done I. Different languages will be popular in different countries." 80% of the "knowledge" in this book can be found via a simple google search. Save your time and money.

Inspirational, motivating, and hilarious
Revisado: 04-23-16
Last year I stumbled upon Zach Anner's YouTube page. I was instantly floored by his impeccable comedic timing. From the first "Workout Wednesday" I saw, I was hooked. This book is an extension of that plus so much more. Zach is incredibly witty and his message is so positive that you can't help but feel better about everything after listening to him. Anyone in your life will benefit from listening to this book.

Great advice here
Revisado: 04-21-16
Book is a solid "something to think about and apply" exploration for anyone. I sought out this book to help address my constant thirst despite drinking 2 gallons a day. The information here is rational and not in your face. Author doesn't make any big decrees or "shock value" stats. He uses logical thinking backed my research to help explain his case. Big fan of the approach and will be reading more of his work.

Historia
For a long time, I found myself possessing the majority of those traits. I thought, "This is just who I am. I can't change that." Wrong. So Wrong. Most of these traits were handed to me, and probably you too, without request. With the way our society is organized (media, school, parents, etc.), these character traits proliferate. However, it wasn't until I started Un-Learning, that I truly became the well-rounded confident man I am today. Free and fulfilled in ways you can't currently imagine.

Message is solid
Revisado: 04-05-16
The books message is a solid one. An accurate definition of what an alpha is/should be. Didn't produce anything transformative in me (not supposed to) but did give me a few things to think about. Short read/listen that's well articulated by the reader.

Sex is kind of like pizza - even when it's bad, it's still pretty good. But what if you could make it so that each pizza you had was like it was created in the heart of rustic Italy? That's what this book does for sex. The knowledge here will take your sexual encounters - be it with your wife, girlfriend, or just a random hookup - to the next level, and make it so that she can't help but beg for more, time after time.

Simply search Google
Revisado: 04-04-16
If this were written in 2005, it would've been informative. However a simple google search today can find you everything written in this book. ***Performance note: reader sounded robotic. Almost as if Siri was reading the book to you. Considering the subject matter, this was an odd choice. Made it all seem less personal and formulaic. Chapter by chapter all blended together and made it less interesting."

Thorough explanation of "why?"
Revisado: 04-02-16
This book is a must read for everyone curious to understand "why" men and women act the way they do in regards to sex and romance. This book is a fascinating exploration in to many different subjects that are foreign to most. Even chapters that don't relate to ones own personal experiences are captivating. You get to understand the thought process behind being male, female, straight, gay, and why you/they look at the sexual content you/they do. Exceptional book. Listened to twice.

Revisado: 03-04-16
This book is an interesting take on the life of a pro player. Nothing revolutionary is uncovered but what is most interesting is the little nuances in the life of s pro player. The politics, the psychology, the brutal maitre of the business, and of course the personalities of the egos involved. Was an entertaining listen. Recommend for all those who like football, dating a player, or are thinking about dating a football player.

Vastly different then the movie
Revisado: 03-02-16
The performance of this book was well done. The voice actor does a great job with impersonations and paints a picture for the listener. I chose this book after seeing the movie and was pleasantly surprised to find it much different. Overall I recommend experiencing both if for no other reason then to compare the bear attack in the movie with that of the description in the book. Very well done in both.

Historia
At some point, every one of us embarks on a journey to find love. We meet people, date, get into and out of relationships, all with the hope of finding someone with whom we share a deep connection. This seems standard now, but it’s wildly different from what people did even just decades ago. Single people today have more romantic options than at any point in human history. With technology, our abilities to connect with and sort through these options are staggering. So why are so many people frustrated?

This audiobook is a must listen for those who have any interest in deciphering the modern dating world. Yes, there is a technological emphasis in the book. A thorough examination on how phones and the Internet have revolutionized dating across the globe. The pros and cons are put out there effectively. But I was pleasantly surprised by the sociological twist of examining the past vs the present. Specifically explaining the problem of "too much choice" and it's psychological effects on the idea of a "soulmate." Full disclosure I came into this audiobook with a negative opinion on technologies effect on our social lives. However I came away with a fresh perspective that inspired me to not scapegoat technology but understand it's the way I use it that's to blame.
A must read for people in or searching for a relationship. Either actively or passively. Hard to come away with nothing but optimism about how one can utilize the tools of modern romance to enhance ones life.
