Love Robert McCammon
Revisado: 04-30-14
Would you consider the audio edition of Speaks the Nightbird to be better than the print version?
I can't compare written to audio. I often am reading two books while listening to another.
Did the plot keep you on the edge of your seat? How?
I had read the book but it had been many years so I was very interested in what I remembered and what I forgot.
What about Edoardo Ballerini’s performance did you like?
I wasn't sure at first but he really grew on me.
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
Yes
Any additional comments?
I loved this book when I first read it (at that time it was in three different books). I really enjoyed listening to it after all this time and have continued with the other books as well.

Only the best book ever!
Revisado: 10-19-13
What does Tom Stechschulte bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
Listening gave me more insight to the characters.
Any additional comments?
I read this book at least once a year but this time I decided to listen to it. I loved listening to the book that I have read so many times, it gave me a new understanding of some of the characters. Thus book is a must.

Historia
The world will end on Saturday. Next Saturday. Just before dinner, according to The Nice and Accurate Prophecies of Agnes Nutter, Witch, the world's only completely accurate book of prophecies, written in 1655. The armies of Good and Evil are amassing and everything appears to be going according to Divine Plan. Except that a somewhat fussy angel and a fast-living demon are not actually looking forward to the coming Rapture. And someone seems to have misplaced the Antichrist.

Excellent Performance !
Revisado: 10-05-12
Would you listen to Good Omens again? Why?
Definitely listen again. The book itself is amazingly funny and the performance only accentuated that fact.
What was one of the most memorable moments of Good Omens?
Two angels, one from "above" and one from "below" getting drunk together talking about the "ineffable" plan.
What does Martin Jarvis bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
Mr. Jarvis' voice changes and inflections are amazing. Reading the book would not have given me an accurate taste of attitude with the characters.
