The book very much made sense. The moment I set my eyes on this book, I knew there’s something about that personal magic that I need to be enlightened. It has been an inspiring read and I’ve stumbled a few times already but continued to move forward as this piece motivated me to do. The author’s choice of words and the voice of the narrator are soothing to the soul and somehow, it gave me the energy that I needed to connect with my fables.

This feels so natural that I didn’t feel like I was really in a diet. There wasn’t too much restrictions and pressure which are the reasons why my membership in the 2 diet programs I joined failed. this is a must-read especially for the parents! i can strongly relate to this as i have a teenager at home. i couldn't believe my luck when i came across this. every essential teachings parents ought to instill to their children are here. i love the part where it tackles on how parents cope with being '"empty nesters". it's a struggle, but this sure helps.
