Where does Common Sense Wisdom, Volume II rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

Common Sense Wisdom is among the top audiobooks I have listened to - it is succinct, thoroughly interesting and practical.

What did you like best about this story?

I liked the book's structured storyline and HR practitioner's view of how to best represent one's "unwritten resume" in an honest, yet effective way. The author uses anecdotes saliently to enliven and illustrate his point, including an example of hubris - an episode when the firm Saatchi and Saatchi commissioned an "high flying" poem just before missing the market and "tanking".

Have you listened to any of Pepper de Callier’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

I have read Pepper de Callier’s first book which was an equally interesting and a useful read.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

This book made me think - about my career and about how others perceive me as a person and that is the best I can expect of any book. Well done, Pepper.

Any additional comments?

While a quick listen, this book can be quite impactful if used appropriately. The author's reading of the book add to the distinctive feel of it.
