A decent foundation knowledge of CBT read by a bot

The knowledge presented here is very basic and is more suggestive of exercises, rather than demonstrative. However, the reader sounds like a synthetic voice. I could he wrong but I often have my phone read to me and the voice isn't that dissimilar.

Not the book I expected, and delighted for it

It starts with the juicy bits about the moon, and goes off into a rollercoaster into Buzz's life after the moon, and the many struggles and triumphs along the way. I found this to have a very personal touch that I could deeply relate to and Buzz has during the course of this book become my new favourite astronaut.

Interesting but nothing more, nothing less

Corey has a very flowery way of writing and at times it feels like he's finding the next best adjective or metaphor. Nonetheless it's an interest telling of how a man forced by circumstance to act out a larger than life character, got to where he his, and the philosophies he's developed along the way as both a moral compass and a justification of his past.
Read by the author, so definitely worth a listen.

professionally, I'm in my second decade in broadcast television poised rather fortuitously between the sharp ends of both the creative and the technical worlds. I'd like to think that this fact gives me unique insight into what David is telling his readership. However, I found this nothing short of surprising, and very educational. I highly recommend giving this title a shot, whether you know David for his zoology work (as I'm sure most do), or are inspired, or interested, by his broadcasting legacy. I recommend giving it a listen even moreso because the author reads himself with one of the most iconic voices in television history.
What a privilege it has been to share some of David Attenborough's experiences with him in this medium.
