I'm thoroughly amused about this. The audiobook is interesting and thorough although not overly long, which is very nice. The author carefully explains how to integrate Niksen & Friluftsliv into one's life and makes a compelling argument for why everyone should adapt this lifestyle. I highly recommend the audiobook, and I am sharing it with my family and friends. I look forward to listen more audiobooks by this author.

Friluftsiv is a great way to relieve stress from our lives. I find this as an absolute necessity in today's manic-controlling-screen driven-activity days. This audiobook is right! we really need to take a vacation sometimes and breathe some fresh air. Sofie, Bakken, you're the best!
