This is a cheat code to identify personality types based on childhood upbringing and childhood trauma. However, reads like instructions without the final product of instituting practices. Could be better. However, very helpful in developing empathy for other people based on how they were raised.

It’s pretty preachy , however years of “scripting” it’s a necessary thing like Neo coming out of the Pod in the Matrix. We must be free. Thank you MJ. The end has extremely good investment ideas. Highly recommend. Productocracy is everything. Don’t do what you love. Find something you don’t really have an attachment too and boom. You win.

From Alcoholism to Ultra Victory!

I hated how descriptive and almost glorified Rich was in his descriptions of alcoholism was. However, in his recount of his demise to eventual Ultra Success. Made this book connect on a heart level. And made you not only feel his pain. But relish the grind to his Athletic success and connect to his family throughout this book. If you want to hate a man and love a man in the same book. And eventually want to love yourself because of this man. This is the book.

As I study more and more about the Far East. And the masters who taught there. This book makes common sense of how to approach instructors who you should learn from in a very easy to understand context. Also. Meditation practices. Are explained in easy to understand terms. I am really grateful for this book. I like how is Taoist philosophy that it is about removing self from existence. The Glass of water in the Ocean metaphor is a great to think about. Pour a glass of water in the ocean and try to get that same glass of water back into the glass. It will never happen. I love how that connects us to each other in a Universal way. Worth the time and learning about Birds Nest soup recipe. Have a great day!

Best book of 2023 to read.

As a martial artist and Lamborghini enthusiast. And business person. I have and will read this book again and again to adopt this mind set. It will lead to wealth because it allows the hocus pocus of the gurus to be exposed for what it is. The old way of wealth creation is outdated and when my sons are watching YouTube and people younger than me are playing games of Hide and seek for $500,000. I know my thoughts on creation and generation of wealth or slow lane as it’s referred too is completely flawed. Or F*cked. MJ DeMarco is a bad ass who deserves massive credit. He didn’t even make this book to get wealthy. He just did it as an ability to expose people to the truth. Money can come easily and effortlessly. You just have to sacrifice and focus.
