Scrum a great way to prioritize to-do lists into tasks that are actually manageable, helps to improve teamwork, improves communication skills, and creates faster results. When using Scrum, a person becomes agiler (pun intended!), they discover how to react more quickly and how to respond better to changes that inevitably come their way. All it needs is the ability to stay focused, the ability to collaborate with others, and the ability to communicate successfully. Doing all these things allows a person to accomplish what they need to get done in a way that is beneficial to all. There are several reasons to use Scrum and implementing it into your business is definitely a smart idea. Think about the competitiveness factor. The market changes faster and faster every day, and only those who are flexible and contemporary can keep up with it. Using Scrum, a person can stay competitive and create a unique advantage for themselves. And the best part is that it’s not some unproven fad! It’s a solid and successful Agile Framework that has been proven again and again across various projects and teams. College universities use it to deliver projects to clients. Militaries rely on Scrum to prepare their ships for deployment. Even in the automotive world, a car is being built by using Scrum! And not just any car; one that is fast, affordable, efficient, safe, and should sell for less than $20,000!

Very Good and Complete Course!

Since writing Macros is at the very core of using Excel VBA, you must remember that there is a certain level of risk you accept when you record your own Macros. Because there is the probability that if used incorrectly, to accidentally lose files or alter them in such a way that they can be rendered unusable Microsoft has a built in precaution in place. For this reason, they are not included as a default mechanism in your Excel VBA file. So, before you can even begin to write Macros, you will need to first enable them in your system. To do this, you will need to first open your Excel program and go to the File tab in the upper left part of your screen. Under File, select OPTIONS, and then choose CUSTOMIZE RIBBON. Look for a small box labeled Developer and click on it. This will place the developer option on the main page. Once your Developer tab is set up, make sure that your version of Excel has the ability to run the Macros you will be creating. To do this, you must go back to the FILE tab, select options, and then choose the TRUST CENTER followed by TRUST CENTER SETTINGS. In the settings window, click on Macros and then enable. When you return to the main screen, you should see both the ribbon and the run program options that will allow you to run any Macros you plan to write. There are a lot of steps involved in this set up so let’s go over them again to make sure you have the order exactly right.

Companies like Yahoo and Target spend millions and millions of dollars every year in cybersecurity yet were still susceptible to security breaches by hackers. Cybersecurity defends computers, programs and data against hard drive crashes, hackers, viruses, direct attacks and other situations that interrupt or destroy the flow of computer work and safety. Companies, organizations and government agencies receive and process volumes of confidential information, then store and transmit that data to other computers. Ever-increasing cyber-attacks at even the highest levels (The Pentagon, e.g.) demonstrate the need for the development of cybersecurity plans to ensure business flow, protect personal confidentiality and safeguard national security. Basic measures of protection include maintaining strong authentication practices (passwords, etc.) and not storing sensitive data where it is openly accessible, but a strong cybersecurity plan must also take into account that the digital world expands continually. The cloud, the use of personal devices at work, the growing internet of things (IoT, the inter-connection of home appliances, autos, digital devices, power plants and more)—all of these have created a need to keep up with progress, or even stay a step ahead of it.

The course was perfect for beginners. You never feel like you are lacking behind, but you need to do practice a lot.. Thanks Daniel Jones for this course. Looking forward for some intermediate or More advanced course in VBA.

One of the most common beliefs is that bitcoin is going to get rid of the financial sector. While it is true that blockchain can handle payments, and is a living document that is going to be updated in real time so that a customer can see the payment amount and when the payment is due, there is still going to be a need for financial institutes. The only thing is that they have to be willing to open up and begin to deal with cryptocurrency or else they are going to lose customers to the banks that are willing to use blockchain. It is going to be very similar to when a bank is loaning out to a company that is wanting to start up in the traditional ways. The risk is then going to be evaluated and the money loaned out if it is worth the risk. By using blockchain, a bank is not going to be out any money if they do not loan out the money and this is because they are going to be able to see everything rather than see just a business plan or a few projects that are not accurate.

Estimating the space that a flock of chickens requires is usually straightforward. However, it's important to remember that some breeds may require more or less space than others. While having more space than required is preferred, having less space should be avoided as much as possible for the well-being of chickens. Generally, every chicken in a flock should have four square feet of space inside the chicken coop. Having extra space is highly recommended since it allows better living conditions for the chickens while also allowing for the future expansion of the flock. Backyard chicken owners who do not plan on letting their chickens forage should also have a spacious chicken run connected to the chicken coop. The chicken runs should have at least 10 square feet per chicken so that they can roam around freely during the day. It's highly advised not to have less than ideal space for chickens as it can lead to behavioral problems such as bickering and the spreading of diseases. It is common for many backyard chicken owners to start with spacious chicken coops and runs. However, as the flock increases, they experience overcrowding issues. Therefore, it's important to keep a possible increase in flock size in the future when designing a chicken coop and run. It's important to realize that a flock should have new additions to sustain its production of eggs and meat. Younger chickens will take over the majority of the output during the age of the other. Therefore, a backyard chicken owner should always plan for more chickens than the number they start with.

There are three major types of blockchains. They are public blockchain, private blockchain and consortium blockchain. Two main components that make up a blockchain. The first component is a decentralized network. This network facilitates and verifies the transactions that are made. Being on a decentralized network means that the software is not limited to one computer system. It can be controlled on multiple computer systems. It also means that it is not controlled by the government. The second component is the indisputable ledger where all transactions are processed and recorded in a secure location. This security makes it extremely impossible for someone not connected to the chain, to make changes or steal information. There can be many contributors involved in any blockchain. Any of the contributors can control the information being entered into the ledger. Because all transactions are processed securely and given a permanent time-stamp, it becomes very difficult for another contributor to alter the digitized ledger in any way. This technology can be used for a variety of computerized and internet based applications. One of those is smart-contracts. Smart contracts allow businesses to automatically verify and execute agreements that function independently in a safe and secure environment. Blockchain technology acts as the middleman in executing all business deals, agreements and programmed exchanges of information in smart contracts. As with any new technology, it is safe to say that blockchain is going to catapult a few early adopters to great heights, while most will get in too late to make any real difference in the market.

In marketing research, there are issues, new or old products, updates, downgrades, and then there are the providers and the consumers basically, queries.

To answer the questions, the right questions must be asked, the right crowd must be interviewed, and the right approach must be used. The need for data increases as many seek to improve, create, achieve, satisfy and discover.

As marketing research continues to expand, data analytics only has one way to go in the industry up. Methods of gathering data have increased as accessing technology requires information in exchange.

Something for everyone to learn!

This is a beautiful book that really practices what it teaches. Wabi-Sabi a beautiful concept that has always fascinated me, and this book is wonderful no matter if you have little or no experience in Japanese culture, or if you know a lot. I couldn’t possibly explain wabi-sabi as well as the author, but it is about the beauty of simplicity, of change with time and of appreciating beauty in things that have experienced time and life. If you are drawn to Marie Kondo’s method, you will probably love this book; even though the practices are different, they share some common beauty.

The book touches on a wide variety of beneficial practices including meditation, what Westerners call “earthing,” and the idea of detachment and impermanence. This book is a much deeper and more profound look at these practices than most self-help and “decluttering” books I have read.

Wabi-sabi has to do with letting go of and minimizing material things, and I cannot say I have yet mastered this. But the book really motivated me to try, and to live a richer and more beautiful life.

The- book you need to read this year. Whatever year it is.
First impressions of the book about 1/3 of the way in is that a lot of the advice given is something we’ve all learned at some point in our lives, but the analogy I like to think of is all of the advice we’ve been given in our lives is like a toy chest. There’s so much in it that we don’t know what to make of all of it.

By far one of the best books I've ever read on the topic of becoming a better version of yourself!

This book is specific, practical, backed by science and explained by so many different fields of study.

I discovered that among the things which I've had success in - all of them have some form of the 4 step implementation formula for building habits.

And this book really brought home to me so many ideas and insights. I literally sat down and listened to every chapter 2 or 3 times and jot down notes and made plans.

It is that good.

I've already started recommending it left and right and I am absolutely excited to implement these ideas in my personal life, in my business and in my relationship.
