This is the only book she has written that was not up to her standards. I did not really bond with any characters. All other books I read are great.

For someone that wants privacy why in the world would they move to LA. To me that just makes everything he says is to get more attention and more money. I do not believe the story about being chased in Manhattan unless they were the ones to notify the press. I find it hard to believe that they were chased for 2 hours there are like a red light about every two blocks. I think. That stunt was played to show people that you need protection. Many A list stats live in privacy. My heart bled for you when you lost your mother. Now my heart bleeds for Prince William and King Charles.

Narrator should not have done women or children’s voices. It was tempting to not finish because of that. Next time don’t try the voices for anyone other than male adults.
I do remember the movie with Kevin Bacon. It was good too.

I have dreaded coming to the end of this book because I know there is not another one waiting for me. I discovered these books when I binge watched the 1st season on Starz over one weekend and only had to wait a month for season 2 to begin. in the meantime I started the books and began to listen to them one after the other. I can't wait for the next one and hope to hear more from Jamie and Claire. I like most of the other characters too except John gray. I could care less about him. Jamie and Claire. I hope that they both live to be 100 and still in love and the story continues.

I am nervous because I will begin book 8 in a few minutes. the author and narrator have kept me entertained with the story and I fear that I will be left hanging at the end of this one. I unlike most of you have just discovered these books a couple of months ago. I do not want to have to wait years for book nine. I need a Jamie fix and never want these books to end. the showtime series is great that the actors give me a mental picture of all the characters. sam as Jamie is perfect.

I really can't get enough of Jamie. I am also watching the show and can imagine sam as Jamie. can't wait for more and hopefully the story behind Jamie's ghost in book one will be explained at some point. preferably while he is still alive.
