An enchanting tale of why we have to mount the stockings on Christmas Eve. Set in 1914, we meet Grammy Terre and her wonderful friend Antoine Nicholas. This story will have you laughing and its end will leave you misty eyed with joy. For it is Christmas time in the northern Rockies and there is much to do to bring tidings of joy for one and all. This story will be enjoyed for years to come. It is made for all ages.

This performance heard three times
Revisado: 10-12-23
This performance has been heard three times by me. The narrator's accent bothered and distracted me the first time, but by the end I had sort of become accustomed to it, so I decided to listen again to see if I could actually understand the tale. The second time around, it was lot more pleasant, and I could follow the tale. All things considered, the theatrical reading was actually quite good and helped to remind me that accents occur in a wide variety, and the aspects of the intonations and subtleties that I found so bothersome were probably true to the narrative.
