This is a must read for every new agent out there! My favorite part of this book was the Objection handling. The author goes into a role playing mode and teaches us how to respond to just about every objection there. I felt motivated and re-energized as I read. He talked about what worked for him and what didn't. I feel confident and ready to revamp my business, Thank you, Mr. May!
