This book is such an encouragement for those who are parenting and desire to raise up their children to live God and His Word. The examples within these 11 chapters stir a desire to do for your children what these women have done for theirs. Even I, as a father, have been helped by this book to assure that I am giving everything I have to parent my children so that they see Christ and love Him. Challies makes the hard work of spiritually developing your children look as valuable as it truly is.
