Historia
Now considered a classic in the field, this remarkable book was the first to fully explore the mystery of life between lives. Journey of Souls presents the first-hand accounts of 29 people placed in a "superconscious" state of awareness using Dr. Michael Newton's groundbreaking techniques. This unique approach allows Dr. Newton to reach his subjects' hidden memories of life in the spirit world after physical death.

Was interesting at first.

Started out interesting but quickly became ridiculous. Sorry I wasted a credit on it. I can't understand why this gets a 4.7. Narration is just awful once you get to the 5th chapter. What a depressingly horrible afterlife scenario to look forward to if you actually believe any of this silly story.

Resonating with the body's natural circadian rhythms, this frequency promotes relaxation and sleep readiness while enhancing the production of melatonin, the sleep hormone, while decreasing sleep latency (the time it takes to fall asleep). It's also associated with delta brainwave activity, which predominates during deep, restorative sleep stages.

So far my favorite, but . . .

Too short. Needs to be at least an hour or play automatically on a loop. There should be NO narration. Why would anyone want to listen to someone explain this every time you listen to it? It’s sleep music. And the reviews saying banshees howling and other odd things, I just don’t get. It’s sleep hz frequency music and is very pleasant. I fall asleep pretty quick to it.
