Historia
Many young African Americans are disinterested in Christianity and others are leaving the church in search of what these false religious ideas appear to offer, a spirituality more indigenous to their history and ethnicity. Edited by Dr. Eric Mason and featuring a top-notch lineup of contributors, Urban Apologetics is the first book focused entirely on cults, religious groups, and ethnocentric ideologies prevalent in the black community.

Great listen. Every leader in the gospel was given a charge with this literature. I have ordered the hard copy so that I can act on everything that was suggested.

Historia
In her memoir, a work of deep reflection and mesmerizing storytelling, Michelle Obama invites listeners into her world, chronicling the experiences that have shaped her - from her childhood on the South Side of Chicago to her years as an executive balancing the demands of motherhood and work to her time spent at the world's most famous address. With unerring honesty and lively wit, she describes her triumphs and her disappointments, both public and private, telling her full story as she has lived it - in her own words and on her own terms.

An Amazing Must Read!!!!!
Revisado: 01-19-19
The book was well written and really seemed to be everything that she was holding back while she and Barack were in the White House. I was able to connect in so many ways as an educated African American woman. Not just because we share the same first name, but the experiences and feelings as a loving wife, protective mother and being judged and labeled as an “angry black woman”. Thanks to this book, I’ve been encouraged to press harder. I’m encouraged that “when they go low, we go higher”! I’m 45 years old, fueled and I’m determined to fight the fight and keep the faith.
