Foxx’s book was short and sweet. I have been waiting for this one for a while. I’m so happy we finally got to hear about the mysterious keys and mostly the mysterious man that Foxx is. I love how Adriana kept him low-key throughout the books. This is kind of a second chance with marriage of convenience. Adriana did a great job with the timeline of this book. The main bulk was all within a couple of days' time, but I really got a sense of their relationship despite that aspect. I always love getting a peek at the rest of the Carmichael brothers through each of the siblings' eyes. Foxx and Banks together made me laugh. I’m glad we got to see how the chickens were doing, too.

This was told in dual POV and was narrated in dual. CJ Bloom and Teddy Hamilton did a great job, and I felt that Teddy really fit the role of Foxx very well. CJ embraced Bianca and her attitude, and I found listening to the two of them so much fun.

This was such a fun read, and I’m so glad we finally got to know Foxx Carmichael a little better.

This book had me emotional at every turn. I don't cry often when I read books, and this one got me good. I fell in love with all of the characters. Marriage in trouble books are some of my favorite. I love seeing the couple going through this change and trying to figure out how to handle what life throws at them. Ty and Elin had a lot going on. From Ty's accident in the mine to their struggles with having children. I felt their pain when they held back their feelings. I connected with it.

Adriana made each character feel so real. It was like I knew them and they were my friends too. Even the side characters I felt connected to. I love that about her writing, and this book was no different. There were times I wanted to sit down with both Ty and Elin and smack some sense into them! Which is something I love in books. It really shows you their flaws as real people have, and these characters have so many, but its what makes the book so good.

This was the first time I've listened to Emma Wilder and Lance Greenfield. Emma stole the show for me. When things went wrong, she took the emotion to a whole new level, and I felt Elin's pain through her voice. I liked Lance as well, especially towards the end. I felt like he really brought the fear of what was happening to life.

If you love a book, that will make you smile and cry all at the same time. This one is perfect.

Elizabeth O'Roark did it again. I loved The Summer We Fell and was so happy to see there is another book in this series. I love a romance book where the characters have some sort of past together. Childhood crush is always one of my favorite lists.

I loved how the relationship between Caleb and Lucie slowly developed. Elizabeth does a great job with hiding the big secret looming over Caleb, and I love how we find out with Lucie what happened in his past. I thought Lucie was a great mom, and I hated how her ex was so controlling and manipulated the things she was doing to make him look better.

The ending got me choked up a bit. I felt so bad for Lucie and what she was going through. I have to admit I was angry at Caleb for how he was reacting to her wanting to put her children first, but I loved when he realized what he was missing out on and how much he truly loved all three of them.

Samantha Brentmoor and Robert Hatchet are always so great together in books. They both get into their character and show all of their emotions so well.

Overall, I really enjoyed this book. With each one I read by this author, I fall more in love with her work.

Last year, I wrote a three sentence short review about Reverse, and it just doesn't do this book justice. Kate Stewart knows how to play with emotions and gives you a story with characters who never leave your mind.

This past week, I had the pleasure of revisiting this story through audio, and I instantly became immersed in the lives of these characters once again. I haven't picked up the book since my first read, and I think by doing that, it made this time around hit much harder.

There is something about Natalie's determination and DRIVE in this story that pulled me in for the second time. Both she and Easton are so passionate about the people in their lives, and it shows through Kate's words, and it's one of the things I love most about this book.

This book is one of those push and pulls and it's a constant tug of wishing they would just come clean and stop hiding but its also the best part of the book and leaves you wanting to hold on for the ride with them.

As I was reading, I could still visualize the exact scenes how everything looked from the first time around and listening in audio made in much more prominent. When I first found out Maxine Mitchell and Joe Arden were going to be Natalie and Easton, I couldn't think of a more perfect pair. The chemistry between them alone in any book is beautiful, and they took these characters and made that pop off the page. My first read through of this was emotional, but Maxine NAILED brought me to tears in this one. When her voice would break, it felt like my heart was tearing in two. And with Joe, there was one scene, a dark moment in the story where I could literally feel what he was saying and felt as if he were saying it to me.

This book remains my number one, and I'm so glad it's on audio now, so when I need my comfort characters, I can just put my headphones in and listen while I go about my day. Kate Stewart, thank you for writing such relatable and beautiful characters and amazing stories.

Ria Wilde has a way of telling stories that pull you in. I love how she builds her world and characters and gives us all of that before diving into the action. I loved Kingston in Twisted City and was so happy to see this one land in my inbox. Kingston and Eleanor are beautifully written. I loved the tension building in their relationship. The steamy scenes were filled with chemistry and heat. I love how Ria writes the endings of her books. You get to that point where things start to happen, and the way she writes them makes you want to keep going and this book was no different. I was on the edge of my seat waiting to find out what would happen to Kingston.

The audiobook was great. I’m a huge fan of duet narrated books and this one hit the spot in that aspect. Zara Hampton-Brown is starting to become a favorite of mine. I adore her accent and loved the emotion she put into Elanor’s character. Before this book I had never heard of James Joseph and he truly was Kingston. He embraced the role and I don’t think there could have been anyone else for the part. His voice was soothing and so easy to listen to.

Overall I really enjoyed this book. Ria Wilde’s Twisted City Duet was the first dark mafia romance I had ever read, and I devoured it just as fast as I devoured this one. I can’t wait to see what happens next in this world.

I did not want this book to end. Kandi Steiner has a way with words that never fail to amaze me. I know going in that I'm going to feel so many emotions. The way she writes angst and emotion have me in a choke hold.

I was pulled in by Maven and Vince. I loved Maven's character growth. From how she was treated in her last relationship to her coming to terms with what had happened and taking her life back so she and Vince could get their HEA. Vince .... he was the perfect cinnamon roll with a dirty mouth that I love so much. On the outside he had his moments of being that cocky guy who can get under your skin and in the bedroom he was fierce and hot, then in moments when Maven needed him he was right there giving her his full attention and loving her the way she needed to be loved.

The duet style of this audiobook took it to the next level. I felt like I was watching a movie in my head. Megan Wicks and Edward Black amazed me. I have never listened to either of them, and now I want every book they've narrated. I was drawn in by how Megan brought Maven to life. I felt like she took the time to understand Maven's backstory and really brought the emotions that came along with it. Her tone was beautiful, and she just blew me away. Edward was the same. I loved the more emotional scenes when Vince would bare his heart to Maven or in his inner monologue. It was so well done. The spicy scenes were incredible, and overall, I enjoyed his voice.

I can't wait for book two. At the end, I kept saying to myself how much I wanted it to be two certain characters, and by the epilogue, I had my answer.

I highly recommend this book and it's definitely a top Kandi Steiner book for me.

This book had everything a small town romance needs. Holden and Chloe's friendship is what pulled me into this story. Their puns and inside jokes and deep love for one another was written so well. I loved the fake marriage aspect of this book and loved how their relationship bloomed over time from friends to lovers.

I really enjoyed the audiobook. I adored Kelsey Navarro-Foster. I have never listened to her narrate a book before and she really kept my attention with her voice and emotions throughout. Teddy Hamilton has become one of my favorite male narrators and I feel like this is one of my favorite performances by him so far. I like sweet rom com Teddy a lot.

This is also the first time I've read a book by Amy Knupp and it won't be the last. I'm adding any Henry brothers books to my TBR ASAP.

I'm going to end up with a book hangover on this one. I loved the premise. The drunken marriage has been done before but this one stole my heart from page one.

Griffin is the perfect example of a cinnamon roll. A man who can be sweet and say things that give you butterflies, and then has a dirty mouth in bed. Plus, Griffin was a male revue dance need I say more??

Emma was such a strong FMC. She was on the top of her game in her career, was confident in it, and she was all around a fun and lovable MC.

The banter between Griffin and Emma won me over. I could feel the chemistry from the time of their meet cute all the way through the book. I thought the pacing and journey of their relationship was perfect.

Erin Hawkins knows how to write the perfect steamy rom com scenes. Those were so well-written. I found myself feeling all of the emotions in whatever MCs head it was in at the time.

And the audiobook was so well done. I've heard such great things about Savannah Peachwood and I finally got to experience it for myself. She's extremely talented and I could feel every emotion she portrayed for Emma. Robert Hatchet is becoming one of my favorite male narrators. I feel like he really gets into the character and the story as well as the emotions.

I'm so glad I got to experience another book by Erin Hawkins. She is such a talented author. I cannot wait to read more.

Chloe and Barrett's love story was such a fun journey. The author built up the tension and by the time the slow burn caught on fire it was an explosion of spice. Barrett is the kind of Billionaire I love. Yeah he was grumpy at first and had his moments but underneath it all this man was the cinnamon roll I didn't know I needed.

This was my first Erin Hawkin's book and I loved every second of it. I found it to be funny, cute, with just the right amount of spice, and all around a great read. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quick escape.

The audiobook hit just right. Amanda Stribling had the perfect rom com voice and I enjoyed hearing her bring Chloe to life. She also nailed the male voice, which I loved. I have heard Joe Arden narrate everything from dark to light and nothing hits home like him in a rom com. These two were both easy to listen to and made the audio enjoyable.
