Devastating to creationism!

This is by far, in my opinion, one of the best books written against creationism ever written!
If I had read this book while I was a christian it would have shook me to my core.
This is an absolute must read/listen.

A bit too gentle but still great

Her first book was outstanding but I feel she ran out of stories in this one or she was holding back just a bit.
I guess i was just getting greedy. Amazing book, amazingly funny woman.
Maybe the 4 stars will inspire her to get a bit nastier in her next book.

Annoyingly Unfunny!

I wouldn't call myself a Joel McHale fan, exactly, but I do find him funny and I enjoy his acting. That being said I found this book to be extremely unfunny and obnoxious.
He's like a high school kid that is trying too hard to be funny but you just end up rolling your eyes and feeling sorry for him.
I expected this book to be a bit more informative but instead I found it hard to follow. I wasnt sure when he was being serious so I couldnt figure out if what he was saying was true or just a joke.
I get that you're a comedian, Joel, but please settle down just enough to give us some interesting information about your life and about your story.
Its like in Hollywood Squares when the actor in the square gives you a joke answer first and then the real answer, except, I never know when he is being serious.
Don't get me wrong, i cracked a smile and chuckled a few times but thats about it.

Booooooring!

I felt dirty writing a bad review for a Star Wars book as I tend to love them all but this one was painful!
I'll admit, I only made it over half way through the book but as a book on the most exciting movie franchise in history, it should grab you from the start and not let go.
The characters were uninteresting and the storyline dragged on.
Hopefully Rogue One will deliver.

Clearly this book was written for children under 10. Painful to listen to them butcher the franchise. Avoid this book if you are a Star Wars fan!

One of my faves!

Although this book is very well written and leaves you on the edge of your seat the entire time, it's Steven Webers narration that really brings the story to life. His performance is by far most inspired and entertaining narration I have heard in an audiobook. Be sure I will be looking for more of his work.
