Stupid ending

Honestly one of the stupidest endings I have ever seen. It literally made no sense. Like some idiot just randomly threw up all over the book

Historia
Five days ago a rash of bizarre murders swept the country. Senseless. Brutal. Seemingly unconnected. A cop walked into a nursing home and unloaded his weapons on elderly and staff alike. A mass of school shootings. Prison riots of unprecedented brutality. Mind-boggling acts of violence in every state. Four Days Ago the murders increased ten-fold. Three days ago the President addressed the nation and begged for calm and peace. Two days ago the killers began to mobilize. Yesterday all the power went out. Tonight....

Most annoying kids ever
Revisado: 09-25-18
An hour in and I already want the kids to die. They won’t stop asking questions, even in life or death situations. “Breathe through your shirt”
“Why?” “Is mommy going to do it” “is daddy going to do it”
“Close your eyes I don’t want you to see this”
“Why?” “Is it something bad” “why aren’t you closing your eyes” “I want to see”
These retarded kids just won’t shut up and listen to their parents. I was rooting for them to die

Historia
Lt. Jacqueline "Jack" Daniels has seen humanity at its most depraved and terrifying. She's lost loved ones. Come close to death countless times. But she always manages to triumph over evil. Luther Kite is humanity at its most depraved and terrifying. He's committed unthinkable acts. Taken human life for the sheer pleasure of it. He is a monster among monsters, and no one has ever caught him. Each is the best at what they do. Peerless. Unmatched.

Worst main character I’ve ever seen
Revisado: 09-19-18
Honestly the worst character. She doesn’t listen to everyone, thinks she’s the best, suffers from preeclampsia so bad that she could pass out at any moment and die, is 37 months pregnant, but refuses to rest. All this and the author is literally reminding us every 15 minutes that’s she’s a strong independent woman who does listen to everyone and protests every guy who cares about her as being out of line and holding her back. It’s sickening

Historia
Every morning and evening, Zoe Walker takes the same route to the train station, waits at a certain place on the platform, finds her favorite spot in the car, never suspecting that someone is watching her. It all starts with a classified ad. During her commute home one night, while glancing through her local paper, Zoe sees her own face staring back at her - a grainy photo along with a phone number and a listing for a website called FindTheOne.com.

Starts out so slow
Revisado: 09-10-18
First 5 hours are so bad. The author focuses 95% on family drama and random unrelated things. After that the story picks up and we get police work and detective work

Historia
KOKO. Only four men knew what it meant. Now they must stop it. They are Vietnam vets — a doctor, a lawyer, a working stiff, and a writer. Very different from each other, they are nonetheless linked by a shared history and a single shattering secret. Now, they have been reunited and are about to embark on a quest that will take them from Washington, D.C., to the graveyards and fleshpots of the Far East to the human jungle of New York.

Incredibly slow with no character
Revisado: 09-07-18
We learn almost nothing about the villain or why he is doing this stuff except for one conversation. The characters are all bland. Literally nothing happens for the first 15 hours. It’s only the last 7 hours that it picks up. The main confrontation at the end is completely bland. I hated it.

Historia
As dusk approaches a small Dublin suburb in the summer of 1984, mothers begin to call their children home. But on this warm evening, three children do not return from the dark and silent woods. When the police arrive, they find only one of the children gripping a tree trunk in terror, wearing blood-filled sneakers, and unable to recall a single detail of the previous hours. Twenty years later, the found boy, Rob Ryan, is a detective on the Dublin Murder Squad and keeps his past a secret.

Protagonist is a jerk
Revisado: 08-22-18
I hated the protagonist which should be the strongest part of a story. He is so unlikeable. He is a whiny, aggressive, stupid, impulsive, selfish asshole who treats his best friend, Cassie, like shit. On top of that, he gets so freaked out by this case which has nothing to do with his childhood tragedy, which by the way he doesn’t even remember so why does it have so much impact on him. I don’t even care abut spoiling the book because the protagonist is so unlikable. The killer gets away, you never find out what happened during Ryan’s childhood, and everyone leaves him and he gets demoted. What a sad ending to this pathetic man’s career

Okay
Revisado: 10-25-17
He makes Rachel sound like a nag, and the villains are so underdeveloped compared to previous books in the series.
