This is a lovely take on "King Lear" and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Henry Goodman gives another stunning performance. Highly recommend.

Read the book if you must, but don't Listen to it.

I like Chef A.J. But she's just not a good narrator. I felt like I was in a kindergarten class with a substitute teacher who hadn't yet had much experience.
Much of the book is very basic science. It's stuff many of us learned in middle school. The nutrition information is intriguing. It might be a good book to borrow from the library.
