Historia
Dance of the Hanged Man is Mark Greene’s tale of five boys struggling to survive a supernatural event in the dark woods of 1970s Texas. “It held McCollough by his throat and pulled him lazily across the ground, the old man’s legs hanging limp and motionless. McCollough’s head was back, bent at a contorted angle. He was not struggling. He was counting down his final breaths.”

I highly recommend this audiobook! Greene’s voice is pitch perfect: resonate and captivating. I felt like I was transported back in time, sitting around a camp fire, leaning in, hanging onto every word. The writing is incredibly sensory; I could feel the heat and see the darkness. Greene sure knows how to spin a yarn!
