I learned a lot listening to this book. There were many examples that the author gave that I could relate to and I had no clue that it was based on the way I treated or ignored signals for myself and my well being.
I would recommend this book to anyone wondering why they seem stuck, unhappy, searching for greater meaning in life, wonder why some things continue to happen, and for those who just want to improve their lives. A great book.
I gave the 5 star rating because of the excellent examples and strategies provided in the book. Also, I could relate to the topics the author expounded upon.
