I can't really find any issues other than my personal dislike of Kyp Durron and Mara Jade but the story and other characters are perfect. I can't recommend another Star Wars book more rhan this one.

Good but has the typical 40k joke of mispronouncing words

Great story written very well but kinda has too many of the silly parts of warhammer like purposefully mispronounced words or absolute gobble gook for the writers lack of vocabulary.

This one isn't really grim dark it's just messed up

The author couldn't decide if he was writing a Dune book or a Tom Clancy novel he has never read either in my opinion and he wasn't writing a 40k novel for 90% of this book. Also the author is obsessed with child molestation and constantly mentions it's a normal part of the 40k universe. The reader needs to be fired his female voices are horrible and take you completely out of the story.

other than issues with audibles download quality I have no complaints the book is good and isn't a typical rogue squadron story whichbwas nice to get a change in characters.

Good but childish

The story is fun at it's core with just enough frustrating set backs for the heros to make the stories interesting. My only hope is that the author meets more women in the future as he seems to only have three female archtypes, Dommy Mommy, Evil Seductress, and Girl who doesn't realize she's Perfect. Other than that this is a nerds book there are a LOT of high scifi concepts and jokes only super dorks will appreciate normies have been warned ⚠️

Great story amazing narration

This book is good sci-fi fun and I would highly recommend this box set, some of the story may be silly and over the top but it has a unique take on both aliens and earths place in the galaxy. The main character is someone who does the over powered military man archtype and handles it well, the supporting characters also make the book seem full of real people. I could go on for an entire book review but hopefully this was enough to convince you to pick up the book set.

The narrator is awful

the narrator can not do female voices at all and completely ruined the book with his awful accents. Tje ALICE box set is narrated by a far better voice actor and I wish he had done the last few books as well.

Where were the editors

This book is excellent, but it needs to have half of its chapter cut and left on the editing room floor, and Szeth is the worst character I have ever encountered he makes Rey Palpatine seem well written again I ask who let this bloated corpse of a fantastic story get this bad why did no one say hey 75 chapters of retold story lines and bad flashbacks needs to be slimmed down.

Very different from what people said

This was a good conclusion to this story I find it odd how many people misrepresented this book to me as almost nothing people claimed happened in this book actually happened in it, but that has been true of the entire series.
