great book and good narration

So the books great read it first and listening now for second time. not sure why people are getting wrapped around regional dialect accents that the fantasy book covers and so negates the entire book score. Personally seeing these scores and comments when the author makes a point to highlight the region taxonomy in her books is trolling.
but indicated the narrator did thier job right and presented the book as the we author designed. the world is not your local neighborhood and their are different ways to say the words otherwise we wold be using old English as an analogy.
great listen great book please buy and support the author.

You get so involved with the story you will cry!!

I have played World of Warcraft and Eve Online and other online games. This book is well written for the fantasy reader who likes online games. There is a little Level Up background but it supports the story and is at a reasonable pace.
The story with the sister literally made me almost break out in tears. I became so involved with the characters that I could not continue for a few minutes.
The way it turns out, is I think the better path as I would have been disappointed with the other solution. You will know what I refer when you get near the end.
The true experience of actual game players seems to be in how the book is written. The Grievers and the true good sports.
I would without a Doubt buy an additional couple books in the series and I personally hope the the next in the series is not long away.
Meanwhile I am reading the other books by this author while I wait for the release.
By the way I really want to play the game.

Where does Moon Called rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?
A favorite to listen to again and again.
What about Lorelei King’s performance did you like?
The voice of Mercy is perfect. The voices of the men are okay but differences in major roles not apparent. You still get the general idea and I enjoy listening to her voice as I fight DC traffic.
If you were to make a film of this book, what would be the tag line be?

This is one of the series that I rotate back to every couple of months. It is generally cheerful but has enough depth to make me forget the traffic an want to stay in the car to finish each chapter.
