Where does Guest Blogging Goldmine rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

I have read/listened to a half dozen books on blogging and this was the most beneficial book of the group.

What did you like best about this story?

Tom C-K writes in a manner that is organized, concise and easy to understand how to take action. Too many books are so generic, you walk away with a bunch of general information. With this book, there were so many great actionable items, I listened to it 2x and then bought the paperback so I could really highlight and create my action list. I am now actively working on my new website daily and incredibly motivated. Thank you Tom Corson-Knowles!

I bought this book to encourage me to take the final step in committing to a 30-day Paleo challenge. After listening, I asked my mother with multiple autoimmune - Inflammatory related issues to give it a listen. We both start our 30-day challenge September 1st!

I have just finished listening to this book for the second time. I listened to it the first time, getting the general idea of the science behind the protocol as well as a good starting point for myself. I began my new lifestyle the day I finished the book, I now eat my first Paleo meal at noon and another at dinner time and do not eat after 7:30pm (unless out for a later meal with friends on the weekend), about every other day, I have a glass or two of wine (and even indulging on 3 a Saturday evening). I was so pleasantly surprised how easy it was after about the 4th day. The cravings had gone, my energy increased and I wasn't hungry for breakfast. And the weight began to come off at about 1-2 lbs a week after the initial first quick 5 lbs.

I just finished listening again to gain a better understanding of the detailed scientific aspects of IF. The second listen reconfirmed the reasons, in addition to weight loss, I am following this new lifestyle.

Koodos to such a young, intelligent woman who can articulate this subject with the research to back up her beliefs.
