Historia
Doreen is overwhelmed with joy when she sees all the volunteers who show up to help get her deck addition built. Most of the men are cops, friends of Corporal Mack Moreau’s, and are happy to help Mack’s special friend and the lady who has helped solve so many crimes for them with a spot of home renovation. But before the deck improvement can be finished, duty calls, and the cops are called away on a case. Another gray-haired lady has dropped dead. Yet another heart attack victim is added to the long line of previous ones.

Disappointed
Revisado: 01-19-21
It might have been the performance, the storyline did not flow like book A thru J. The performance did not separate the character voices and they all seemed to blend together. Disappointing book. I doubt I will listen to any additional books.

great young childrens book
Revisado: 10-27-20
the reading of the book was entertaining with the author easy to understand. the only part I didn't enjoy is the startling loud music at some chapter ends. the music didn't fit and was very loud and disruptive to the audio experience.

Nosy neighbors drop by uninvited, and the Siamese misbehave, even sneezing on guests. As if they weren't bad enough, Qwill's long-time companion acts as though she is in love, with another man. But worst of all, Qwill finds a body in his apple orchard.

Great book bad narrator
Revisado: 02-22-20
The narrator did not do the book any favors. Had I not read the series I would not have listened past the first 20 minutes. He doesn't give the main character the strength portrayed in the books. His womens voices are demeaning giving them a lisp for their voices. In the books the main women characters were strong and independent. His imitation of Koko was poor and understated. Very disappointed. Read the book don't listen to this audio book.
