I listened to the first several chapters and it was about why they wrote this book. one example was covered, but then back to why they wrote this book. it was not what I expected.

I did not listen to the whole book. I like Ed McBain novels, but this one had too much graphic sex for me. Never did get to the point of the story after about 20 minutes of listening. The woman was a nympho.

Prepare For Acceptance into Delta

This book will give you some idea of how to prepare for Delta training and what to expect. It reminds us that Delta is based on the British SAS when it was first created by Charlie Beckwith. I found the experiences shared by Eric Haney to be entertaining as well as useful for those who wish to prepare for this training. It is mental toughness as well as physical, which can be said for all of the special ops groups.
Essentially I found the journey through selection, training and operations to be time well spent.
