I enjoyed the Halloween connection in the story.

Enjoyed the addition of Max. Took me a little while to figure out who/what Max is. I enjoyed the Halloween connection but that it didn’t totally take over the story. Another great book and narration performance.

Loved trained dog with trained and experienced owner. I’ve been a science fiction fan since growing up watching Star Trek in the 1960’s. I had a credit and the story sample sounded interesting. I really enjoyed the 10 book grouping. Was a really smart idea and got me hooked. I’m happy to have a new author to follow and if all the books are this good I will be busy all year. Thanks for giving me a new author and genre to follow.

I enjoyed the book as I have enjoyed all the books leading to this one. I wish the narrator would listen to just a little of the other books to get the original pronunciation of characters names as well as their accents. I don’t expect perfect matches but it would be nice if they were close. Throughout this book I couldn’t help making the corrections and I found it distracting.
