should be called Shopkeeper NPCs Online
Revisado: 09-07-22
this author loves roleplaying as the shopkeeper NPC. there is much more time spent chatting with tanners, alchemists, and other townsfolk compared to any other activity in this novel. there is some description of adventures too, and a very small amount about the real world outside the game, but expect to listen a very large amount about getting to know NPC, and having them teach the protagonist about skinning and dismembering animals to sell parts as loot.

Historia
Thousands of years after the war of the ancients, a single bastion of human life survives - The Vale. And at its core the magnificent city of Troi. Here the mana flows from the great power station, bringing light and life to all. It is a beacon of hope in a sick and dying world. But all is not as it appears. Even as the Order of High Mages seeks to cure the land, sinister forces move to gain absolute control over The Vale and its citizens.

protagonist is never in danger. but interesting
Revisado: 05-12-20
the protagonist solves every combat with his magical p38. That part is boring. He is never threatened. At the end of the book we learn there are greater threats and the story starts to get interesting. too late for me. Took too long .
