Historia
Come home to Hope Harbor - where hearts heal...and love blooms. Tracy Campbell never wanted to leave Hope Harbor, Oregon, or the idyllic three-generation cranberry farm where she grew up. But life - and love - altered her plans. Now she's home again - with a floundering farm to run...a tragic secret...and a wounded heart. Romance is not on her agenda. Nor is it on Michael Hunter's. The visitor from Chicago has daunting secrets and devastating regrets of his own.

Historia
When 16-year-old Travis is sent to stay with his uncle on a ranch in the country, he knows it's his last chance to avoid jail. His abusive stepfather thinks he's a hood. Even his uncle has doubts about Travis - but the truth is that Travis isn't as cold and tough as everyone thinks. He's written a novel and sent it off to a New York publisher. Someday he'd like to write like F. Scott Fitzgerald, but right now he just writes about what he knows - guys just like him, who are always on the edge, ready to explode.

very engaging story
Revisado: 03-12-25
s e Hinton is an incredible author. the story was very engaging, the characters were super real and interesting. the ending was extremely abrupt which is why I gave it three stars. I'm so sad it's over and there's no closure except what you can extrapolate.

Historia
Ashley Perrin is fresh out of college and starting a job as a community liaison for the Third District–the city’s only sector with more alien residents than humans. Ashley’s barely found where the paper clips are kept when she’s beset with constituent complaints–from too much noise at the Annual Lupidian Celebration Parade to a trip-and-fall chicken to a very particular type of alien hornet that threatens the very city itself. And if that’s not terrifying enough, Ashley is next up at the office karaoke night.

Historia
Daphne always loved the way her fiancé Peter told their story. How they met (on a blustery day), fell in love (over an errant hat), and moved back to his lakeside hometown to begin their life together. He really was good at telling it…right up until the moment he realized he was actually in love with his childhood best friend Petra. Which is how Daphne begins her new story.

Female main character is an idiot
Revisado: 10-21-24
I love Emily Henry normally, but this book does not do her justice. Daphne, the main female character, indulged for hundreds of pages in self-pity, victimization, exhausting, repetitive self loathing, introspection, She assumed everything that went wrong was her fault as if she was the fulcrum on which the world spins, She was ttold that she's a good person by everyone through the whole book and she still didn't get it, not seeing what was right in front of her in several situations.. She was selfish with a victim mentality. I couldn't stand her. Otherwise, the other characters were fun. I liked the humor. Emily Henry is usually great.

Light-years from home, it’s Ira’s second chance. Just another anonymous student at a space station university. Not the orphan whose Earther heritage was erased. Not some social experiment put on display by his adoptive father. Not the criminal recruited by the human rebels. But when Ira’s loyalties clash once again, two wars break out: one on the ground and one within himself. Which will Ira stand with? Which will take him down?
