Cause of death is absurd!

The cause of death is instantaneous ketoacidosis and it is caused by a large dose of insulin. Two minutes of research would have been in order here. Ketoacidosis takes weeks to cause death and the person is ill beforehand. A large dose of insulin is the CURE for ketoacidosis not the cause. Insulin does not take effect instantly unless given intravenously. I am appalled that the author would write a mystery without the slightest effort to fact check the cause of death. Might as well have had someone die from dehydration caused by drinking too much water.
This spoiled what could have been a charming book.

This author has brought a unique look at this episode in time!

I was not expecting Killer Clown to introduce me to a new way of looking at crime. It has brought out who the victims and their families were and at the same time opened up a more human view of the judicial system. This is not a book about the crime but rather a book about all those touched by this crime. I was left wanting to have a nice cup of coffee with Terry Sullivan and talk about one of his many hobbies.

Not a typical cosy by any means!!

I bought this book due to the title. I thought it would be a light hearted and entertaining read. It is that but more, the depth of the characters brings an intensity to the story. The side anecdotes are entertaining and made me appreciate the ending that tied up all the loose strings. I recommend this book, you will not be sorry you read it by any means.

This book is filled with humor and intrigue. The depth of the mystery kept me reading to find out what's up with haunted house and the humor made me all in love with the characters. Don't miss this book, it is delightful.

I loved this book. It was solid in the portrayal of someone with a "gift" and those around her. The child was a bit too sweet for my taste, thus the four star reveiw. I will look for more books by this author.

This book reminded me of my southern aunts and grandmothers. Southern manners and attitudes wrapped in a decidedly feminine look. I read this book in one day just to find out who the bad guy was. My guess, or course, was wrong. Please don't miss out on this book.

This book is so well written. It starts as a mystery and gradually the supernatural creeps up step by step. The ending is strong and surprising. I couldn't put it down!
