The classic personal development book

This is the book that launched 1000 ships and businesses. The modernized version is actually much simpler and more pleasurable to read for the modern reader. It is short and can be listened to in sports by listening to a chapter a day, which is what the authors recommend. If you will actually study this book and not just read it, it will change your life for the better.

A great short introduction to Stoic Philosophy

It’s a short listen but packed with great insights and perspective. This serves as a great introduction to stoic philosophy without being overwhelming or hard to understand due to language differences. The author did a great job of translating the genre ideas and making them practical for the listener.

Fantastic book on the right mindset!

This book is full of great insights and perspectives on not settling, not chasing and not giving up. It’s great inspiration for anyone who wants to make a difference in their own life or the lives of others. Zack does a great job of giving you that extra push or a kick in the pants when needed. I highly recommend it.

Interesting Catalyst for strategic thinking

Since I am not a Chinese General, very little of this book was applicable for me personally but it did serve as a catalyst for strategic thinking and for those who participate in the world of M&A occasionally there are a few nuggets of gold hidden in there.
