She's smart, witty, and intense. She has an intriguing mix of the impossible, the fantastic and the compassion from the characters that pulls you in and makes it extremely hard to stop reading until you get to the end of the book. Then, you start to Jones for the next book.

I connected with this story on so many levels.

I know what it's like to hide away from the world because of the way you look. this story is a wonderful combination of comedy, tragedy, Romance, Adventure, and science fiction. I was sorry to see the book end. I laughed, cried, bit my nails, hated the bad guys, prayed for the good guys, and hated to turn it off to sleep at night. I would love to read a sequel, or as many as the author would be willing to write.

fantastic murder mystery that keeps you guessing to the very end. I've listened to all three books and it's left me waiting for the next book. Miss O'Connor is a fine, well versed author.
