Don’t miss this one!
Revisado: 01-06-22
This audiobook emphasises the importance of self-discipline. First, the author demonstrates how crucial it is to be self-disciplined to succeed in every aspect of life. Then it begins to discuss how to be self-disciplined.
All of the insights are easily accessible in just one sitting, and most of the methods presented are applicable in real life. Without a doubt, it was a fantastic listen for me. I wished I had found this material earlier!

Guide to improve observation skill
Revisado: 12-20-21
I realised how beneficial this knowledge is after listening to this audiobook. It will help you become more aware of your own and other people's body language. Notably, the topics in this audiobook are presented in a straightforward and easy-to-understand manner, which made it easy for me to understand all of the information. In addition, there are various examples in each chapter that show how the concept is applied in real-life.
This is an audiobook that I would recommend to anyone who wants to improve their nonverbal communication.

Historia
Do you feel like your relationship with your parents is always bringing you down? Do they blame you for their problems, for being a thorn in their shoes, always endeavoring to make you feel like the most massive burden? Abusive parents tend to share common traits - they are constantly negatively reactive, lack empathy, are extremely controlling, always critical, and continuously transfer blame to you. If your parent ticks any of those boxes, then you are likely already aware of who and what you're dealing with. But from here on, things can only get better if you let them

Great advice! It’s helping me heal...
Revisado: 06-04-21
My childhood was rough. I grew up with a father who was just downright mean for no reason. My mother was stuck in “Lala land” and just didn’t have a clue how to care for 3 children. It’s amazing to learn what you don’t know and how to reparent yourself. I really appreciate this book for helping me face my early childhood trauma so I can identify and release my pain to actually start healing

Historia
Have you ever felt like you weren’t good enough in comparison to someone else? The biggest contributor to being unsuccessful and unhappy is the fear of being yourself. Whether it’s choosing not to approach a love interest across the room, keeping your idea to yourself at a work meeting, or choosing not to voice your opinion in conversation because it’s different than everyone else’s, the root cause is fear of rejection from others for being yourself.

Positive thinking great for morning commute
Revisado: 05-19-21
I know a lot of people are working from home right now (lucky!) but not all of us have that same luxury. Some people still have a long, boring commute to work that's really far from home, and it would be a total drag and a complete bore without this audiobook. There's no better way to pass the time in the car than listening to this. It primes me with positive thinking so I can start my day in a good mood.
